Quite a tough challenge.

Aced it with the Radical. Settings:

SS Tyres
Custom Gearbox for slightly higher top speed.
Everything else is stock settings

Note:
The Radical is well known to be completely opposite of the dumb ev. It's agile, light, and extremely responsive. Your asset would be to brake as late as possible into corners, juggle the throttle throughout the corner.

Some parts, you can actually take corners flat out, but some parts you have to be careful. Build enough gap (you need to be very aggressive with the corners and overtake ruthlessly, as you will lose out massively on the long straights, and also from Bergwerk to the Karussell)

Won by 9 secs.

I didn't think this one was particularly challenging at all, especially in comparison to the two-chili Nurburgring event that puts us in a 377hp M4 vs a full-pop GT3RS. Really have to be on your A-game to win that one.

It has been fun trying out all sorts of cars in the WTC600 though. So far I've done it in a GT350 R, NA2 NSX, and Elantra N all on SM tires, and the Charger Hellcat on SH. All of them stock aside from tires.

Today I wanted to push it a bit so I used a tuned Integra Type-R with a 230hp B-series, Stg 2 weight reduction (2046 lbs), SS tires, and some suspension tuning. It's only down 1100hp on the Xiomi!

I did get a little bit argy-bargy with the CPU cars as they panic braked into corners and took up a bunch of room, but all said and done the little Integra was able to pull out the win as well, passing the Xiomi just before YouTube corner only for it to catch back up at the end of Dottinger and get passed again in the final braking area. The Honda could definitely use some gearing adjustments and further suspension tuning, but it still works well.

I'm glad to have this race added to the game as it makes for an interesting challenge that fits a lot of different cars and setups!

Had initially used the WT F3500B when this event debuted. Was a close finish with me blocking on the straight. Ran it again since I’ve run WTC 600 races with this car and got used to the CH compound. Was able to dispatch cars quicker by staying in 6th gear for the whole race. Less wheel spin and the engine just pulls anyway. This suspension is only slammed so I can see sparks all the time in replays. :D Transmission isn’t adjusted.
