I was wondering because I crashed at about 150mph into a wall and nothing happend so can u break a car or make it stop working?

no. you can damage it with damage on, but it will still be somewhat drivable.

To the point where it becomes un-drivable and will refuse to move? No. To the point where it is still drivable but it will give you a hell of a time doing so? Yes.

You can beat the crap out of it, but it'll still run. No matter how much you damage the body and chassis, the engine is indestructible and will keep running no matter what.

On some cars you can knock body panels off and on all cars, with damage set to heavy, you can make the car almost impossible to keep in a straight line, but it will never stop.
