can't diable user BGM!!

in an attempt to make the game more stable I went in audio options and both USER BGM (MENU) and USER BGM (RACE) are selected and I cannot deselect them
also speaker layout is on "auto" and cannot deselect it
what's wrong?

You can't "deselect" it. You have to select the other BGM option instead. Are you going in through the soundtrack icon or through the main settings/options icon?

I am in the main settings and after all the volume settings I have "enable user BGM, I see no other BGM options...
they appear on the right side, and next there is "select user BGM" if you want to pick the songs

I went through each and every song and unchecked them all in the music menu.
