Can't enter profile in H4

Downloaded game, first screen you must enter profile, but it is 1/4 screen size with no way to expand and no place for entering my profile information. No way to advance. Any thoughts? Files have been verified.

Are you launching the game from Xbox or Steam? If you’re on Xbox, I’m not sure what the problem would be as you should already be logged in. But if you have the game on Steam, you will need to create an Xbox account if you haven’t already.

Is there a button for creating a new account, or forgetting login information, or anything of that sort?
