Can't find DLC (UK)

I'm in UK with UK account and in GT5 news list its says DLC is out, yet I go to Downloadable content button and it says theres isn't any available, anyone else experience this?

and how did people purchase it?

You have to go to the PlayStation Store to buy it, the in game button is for installing/viewing owned DLC.

yeah i figured I was doing extremely wrong.
That shows you how much experience I have with PS Store.

You may have to search for it in the PS Store.
