Is it possible to add a function of engine swap in the mod?

It is through Adhoc code, which means it takes a lot of work and programming knowledge, so I very much doubt it's getting added by me (I don't code) or anyone else.

Might be easier to do this with a patch like in GT4 than through directly modding the game files, but I'm not really capable of either, sorry.

If most of the changes are included, can you list which are not?

The difference between the original version of Gran Turismo 5 and the Evolution Mod are massive in terms of total available of race events available. From 54 in total on the base version with most of them being only single races to 69 in Evolution Mod with many of them being championship events.
