Cant tune any cars?

Im trying to finish all gold in the A series (at least if memory serves...the beginner race where you buy a 2nd hand car) I know it can be done with a crap car but when does the tuning option open up?

Hi Warpa

You have to buy upgrades for the car to be able to tune it (drivetrain/brake balance/transmission/shocks etc etc) - as stock, most cars cannot be tuned.

In the garage there seems to be no option to tune, maybe its just the type of car. Im sure on early GT games you could tune anything?

As paganpete says... you'll need to add tunable parts to any car that isn't already a Race Car.

Before each race you'll see a Settings button, you'll be able to browse/swap all the purchased parts for your car and tune them.
