My drawing of the Porsche 911 '20

The Dune Box is just my own design. Been feeling like making a boxy, off-road vehicle. Design isn't final since I'm still thinking of changing the proportions a bit.
*SCC is just company name I made up.

I began illustrating using Affinity Designer about a month ago. I’ve only done three so far.

Although I am running on Adobe CS6, I'm going to have to look into this Affinity Designer. $55 (assuming USD) for a copy of the software is really hard to overlook.

So, I've decided to refine and update the Dune Box. Much more satisfied with this newer sketch. More will be added while I might make some minor alterations/fixes if needed.

I've had this idea in my head for a while: A 4-seat hyper car. For now, this will be a prototype design.

That one wagon looks like a healthy blend of an Impala and a Thunderbird, two of my favourite American rides from that era. 👍

My brother tagged me with one of my drawings I thought I’d lost. I was in my first year studying architecture and really contemplating switching to my original passion of car design. Inspired by the concept drawings of the Infiniti Q45(from a car design book I had in high school a couple years earlier - I think it was the Q8 or something) I placed offset slats in the grille and influenced by wanting to own a SAAB SPG, I modernized the indicators into a one-piece fascia and centerlock SAAB Aero styled wheels.

I didn’t know what to all it so I made the acronym GIAN(Give It A Name), but when I made the logo I placed an M instead of N. Looked better as GIAM.

I also drew an updated Mustang that looked like the SN95 before the SN95 was talked about. However, mine had pillarless doors and quarter windows like classic muscle cars. If my brother can find that one, I’ll be speechless.

Come to find out, my nephew had my drawings thinking they were his father’s!

Only visual memory of my old ‘69 Cutlass S I keep mentioning. Watercolor. Took a photo of it during my first drive.

This thread has become extremely quiet over the last year. Hopefully there will be lots of new work posted here in 2018!

Here's what I'm currently working on... a Celica ST162, one of my all time favourite cars. This was a friends car which was has now been scrapped, as it was involved in an accident last year (after he had owned it for over 20 years). A beautiful car well worth a drawing.

Wow that looks so damn real, especially the reflections are just incredible!
