A limo falls under the specialized commercial vehicle. Plus you wouldn't be able to get an accurate weight on it either.

For the rims though, go for it.

Round 2 Spots

1.) Street Legal Electric Vehicle

Electric VW Golf(s) at the VW North American HQ, I took another picture during this week to conform with the rules. As an added bonus it's even plugged in!

2.) The vehicle with the worse power to weight ratio. (Measured in horsepower per pound.) (Must be a car, pick-up or van, no semi-trucks or other specialized commercial vehicles.)

Oldsmobile Custom Cruiser, 140hp and 4,221lbs. Power-to-Weight: 35.86lbs per horsepower

3.) That bling bling!

5.) Doppelgänger

So I'm do not think I am going to be home tonight but I finally found a black Focus Titanium hatch without the handling package. I took a picture of my camera with my phone so I could upload it. I hope that's ok.

So far I have Bling bling, Doppelganger, and two bonus Countryman S'. I know where a Fisker Karma always hangs out, and I'm sure I could get the green torque car. The power to rate one is still out.

Ya I'm having a hard time with the rest of them, I didn't think I would to be honest. The power-to-weight ratio thing seemed like it was a shoe in for the Prius, but when you combine the horsepower from the gas and electric engine it doesn't make it even in the ballpark.

Haha, I was thinking of a Fisker Karma I always see near a starbucks over in the montrose area Ry, as for the rest, i've had trouble with em! Will go out friday to maybe complete some :)

Won't have the time to check for more tomorrow so here's my results.

1. Street Legal Electric Vehicle.
Nothing.

2. The vehicle with the worse power to weight ratio. (Measured in horsepower per pound.)
Volkswagen Type 2 T2 Kombi.
vanyx.jpg

2788 pounds, 70 hp (2.0l, biggest engine I know of) brings it to 39.83 pounds per hp. (thx Joey)

3. That bling bling! Any vehicle with 20"+ aftermarket "dub" style rims.
Nothing.

4. The green (as in the colour) vehicle with the most torque. (Measured in ft. lbs.)
BMW 730i (1995)
730bf.jpg

290 Nm --> 213.89 Ft. Lbs. (I think).

5. Doppelgänger, find another vehicle that that looks like your own.
Best I could find, don't know if it'll count. All is the same except the colour is lighter and the rims are different.
Found.

All these figures were found on various sites, if in doubt ask about it :)

This was calculated on ajdesigner.com.

It's 39.83 pounds per hp, which is an awful power-to-weight ratio. Looks like a good spot!

I assume we are going off of factory numbers for torque since anyone could make something up. Countryman's are everywhere, electric cars not so much. Saw an i-Miev for the first time today, but it was at the dealership.

Yup, factory numbers it is.

And I've concluded I own the only Tuxedo Black, 5 Dr, Titanium Focus in the area. I must have searched over 100 different parking lots over the past day or two and only found 1 Titanium hatch and it was silver. I didn't think I'd have a hard time, but looks like I was foiled by my own category

It appears I'm way down in the torque section, not too many of those big Fords around here :)

I am terribly sorry guys, I have to skip this week altogether because I didn't expect this round to be this difficult and I am dissapointed the most with Doppelgänger category because it was so easy, seen many Proton Persona with the exact same trim line, same rims and clean and all but different colour. :ouch:

I'll see you guys for next week!

Well you still have until the end of today to get at least something. I'd say we can end the comp at 11:59pm tonight, say US Pacific time (GMT -8 hours).

I got the big rims and some others.

^ Ugh! Do we get a point for every car we have that fits the criteria? Or just a point for getting the required car?

Ok so I will make these way broader in hopes more people play this week:

1.) Red car with the most horsepower, because you know red=fast. (No trucks, SUV's, vans, etc.)

2.) Street legal car with the highest OEM top speed. (Any colour, style, etc. as long as it's a car) (No modifications)

3.) A UPS delivery vehicle (any type as long as it shows their logo).

4.) Road going rally car (any street legal vehicle that was or is used by rally teams, i.e. Subaru WRX STI, Lancer Evo, etc.)

5.) All black everything, find a car, truck or SUV that is blacked out. Black paint, black wheels, black tint, etc.

Bonus Car:
Jaguar XJ (X351) (2009-present)

Thanks for adding everything up for me, Joey! I figured you won again. Hopefully we'll break your winning streak. :sly:

I'll add the results to the leaderboard, pronto.

1. Got a Corvette pic

4 and 5., my neighbor has an all-blacked out Mini, and a Subaru! Which I think is blacked put as well.

So, are pictures taken early today good for use?
The SLS might come in handy.

Should there be a rule that you can't use pictures taken before the round starts?
