i'd say if they add the proper tuning capabilities it should be possible but you'd need the right amount of torque, HP, weight, traction ...

if they allow cars to do wheelies they need to include drag racing parts such as drag radials, drag slicks, wheelie bars, the capability to convert you're car to a funny car class, outlaw class..., a transmission that allows you to choose how many gears you'll have ... but these cars (funny car, outlaw...) could only run on the drag strip.

But they shouldn't make it so only funny cars can wheelie cause my dad used to drag race in a 2 liter ford escort with a v8 engine swap and it used to wheelie

Mate I know that wheelie is fake

1. Because you cannot do a burnout and wheelie they both have different principles

2. My dads old escort was really light had the fuel cell at the back and it only done 30cm wheelies
