OdyofilEven on the new cars, it doesnt happens in real, they should change it with 3-7hp.

It's only 30hp if the original car has 700hp+...
Jaguar XJ13 is 503 hp, change oil and then it gets 530hp or something like that... wtf..

My god you guys complain about the dumbest crap..
Seriously how is this even an issue for you? Freaking first world problems. My video game car gets too much HP when I change the oil.
Epic facepalm
Nice that you provide evidence that is thoroughly vague, doesn't support you and pretty much destroys your point.
On ordinary, lower powered cars that aren't highly tuned Le Mans cars, you don't get anywhere near 30hp just from changing the oil. In fact you get nearer to 3-7hp, like you suggest.
ghsnuPretty much this.
Lower end cars (ie your "daily driver") will hardly benefit from using high-quality race oil, whereas race cars and supercars (ie LMP's and Ferrari-like vehicles) will greatly benefit from race engineered oil. At least in real life.
Oil lubricates parts (as everyome knows). If you use a race engineered synthetic oil rather than conventional oil (I sound like a guy from Valvoline now), you reduce friction, and therefore increase power - and is why higher-revving engines benefit more from higher quality oil.
