So what's a Quadbike?

I don't know what the OP is specifically asking and whether he includes karts, but in my opinion I don't see them as cars.

A riding lawn mower is a car?

That's not really a car...

All the karts are the same price, not just that one. Anyways it isn't even the cheapest vehicle in the game.

Honda Today G?

Actually the addition of handle bars(quad) and a mower deck(lawn mower) make them fall under different classes. Although, It'd be cool to see a hopped up lawn mower on the nurb

Honda Life Step Van maybe?
Or the Midget...

Thing is I think high mileage in the UCD means cheaper, no?
I'm pretty sure I've purchased a car for about 3,000cr out of the UCD. But maybe I'm mistaken.

Where can I get a step van. I want the Armageddon van again.

Where I live, you can be charged with a DWI/DUI using one. In other areas of the US, they're raced.

Most also have more horsepower than a Citroen 2CV.

...in my book, it's a car.

What is the most cheapest car on gt5?

If we're disputing whether or not karts should be excluded, perhaps the OP should have used the noun "vehicle" rather than "car", as "vehicle" would have been more inclusive of all the options...?

OED says "car" is "a road vehicle, typically with four wheels, powered by an internal-combustion engine and able to carry a small number of people"

OED says "vehicle" is "a thing used for transporting people or goods, especially on land, such as a car, lorry, or cart"

And I didn't pick on the use of "most" and "cheapest" together, as the guy is from Bangladesh. :sly:
