It only occurs mid-corner when my steering angle is to big. As soon as I adjust my steering angle the feeling disappears and grip is optimal.

I'm not turning down my FFB because I'm using this feeling to my advantage. It's making me faster.

PS: my FFb sensitivity is only on 2. Torque on 8. The higher I set my torque the heavier the clipping feeling gets mid corner if I steer too much. Yet I don't want to go lower than 8 because I want to feel the road and my tyres.

Are we talking about the same thing? FFB clipping is a loss of detail in the wheel because you've exceeded the level of feedback available from the game.

Hmm. Perhaps we're not, If so i apologise. (English is not my birth language).

Ill describe it differently, or try to. Since the introduction of 1.06, when turning/cornering too much my wheel starts to stutter and as soon as i turn a little less it stops.

The weird thing is, this feeling disappeared for me a week orso before 1.07 was released. After I adjusted my wheels firmware, the feeling returned and my GTS beta now feels like a mix of patch 1.05 & 1.07 physics wise.

example: I'm faster now in GR.3 on dragon trail than I've been so far. 0.4seconds off EU #10 leaderboard spot and at least 1.5 seconds faster than my previous fastest time in the same car on pretty much the same setup.

I had a sweet race with LordProtector last night on DT with that setup. I'll msg you a link to a YT video if you're interested.

I'd post it here but I'm not sure this thread is meant for racing videos.

That sounds like a coding issue. It is definitely not clipping. Thanks for the clarification.:tup:
