I went with the old one. Obviously :sly:. A 1954 Chrome Line Mercedes in action, entering the Karussel on Nordschleife.

There are too many good pictures, a lot of people will be unhappy when they miss the poll.

From this post forward, no more entries are acceptable. I'll P.M. the Judge. After seeing the quality and amount of entries this week had, I'll make an exception and raize the poll size to 20 entries to each side. ;)

As much as I hate to burst your bubble, and that is a fantastic picture, the 512 is under-represented as it's not allowed. You can only take pictures of cars pre-1975, the 512 is out by a year.

I assure you it isn't edited. With the top of the photo all white, the watermark is not showing up. I used the cool filter I think it's called and shot it in vertical aspect. It's not cropped or anything. I read the rules ;)

1/60 shutter aperture at about 2.8
 
Well,

It's my first competition and I doubt I'll make the Poll because of some amazing photos.

Anyway just curious, when do the polls usually open?
 
It was about midnight gmt last time.
 
Gonna have a look through and pick the entries now, it would be hard to pick the top 100 for a poll let alone the top 20 so don't be too disheartened if you don't make it ,after all there's always next week :)

Don't forget, top 20 for new and top 20 for old. (Which makes 40) :p

I've sent them but Nicknamealguem is offline atm :) , It was a tough decision but I hope not too many people hate my picks.
