I agree, I think it's daft to have a GT5 v F1 2010 thread. They are two different beasts. But we should definitely looking at some of the features that F1 2010 is going to implement and compare GT5 against those. I think GT5 will have a hard time matching some of the features in F1 2010, particulalry the dynamic track & weather system, but if it can then......WOW! What a game we will have on our hands.
True we can compare features but we still dont know what features GT5 will have. That being said I think a series that is dedicated to a particular type of racing will in many cases have better features since resources can be spread out across many aspects. GT5 to me is more like that old saying 'Jack of all trades, Master of none'. The series Gives a broad but limited taste of many things but you can tell where most of the teams resources are put. Still I hope that we do see dynamic track conditions and or weather and many features Ive seen in other games but I wont hold my breath.
