Number 11, I've gone through the whole game to 11 five times now and I still don't get 11...

On 11 there is an "X" formed by the laser in the gap in the leftmost wall. On the left of that wall, there is the refractor and one mirror. You aren't getting any more help that that. Not from me, anyway.
