Yeah, my pills help me out a bit but I still have to work hard to pay attention. And I have hunger problem thing too.
I just wish that more research was done to develop better pills for people like me and you that have ADHD, because the majority of the current pills barely help, yet there isn't that much researchers that want to make a pill that would actually make a huge difference in people's lives who have ADHD. Maybe when or before I go to medical school I'll try to become a apart of a research project to help contribute.

... And before I get booted off this site (which is coming as soon as the moderator wakes up) here's my confession- I beat a 12 year old kid to death with the butt of my rifle in Peru I. 1997. He was running at me with a pistol in his hand in a coca field we were burning down shooting wildly as he ran out of ammo he reached for something else behind his back so I caved his face in. There ya go, I feel better now.

There's always a moderator online. And I'm not even going to dignify that with a comment.

Going to see skrillex in Detroit next week. I'm a bit bummed that its $40 a person.

I'm willingly paying $50 a pop to go see deadmau5 in Detroit this October. $40 is actually a decent price.

My confession: I should be getting ready for work instead of posting this. :p

Looking at the requirements for a degree of Microsoft MCSE, I am nervous on what I am going to do with it. though lately, I have just been really nervous about the security of my current job.

@popcorn: ! I meant popcorn out of the microwave, not you! Anyways, I must confess that while I usually display a calm demeanor, I recently have lost my cool a lot more than usual. Stupid stuff is getting to me and sometimes I just well, explode. And I can't help it.

I'm watching the 3-part mini-series version of 'The Shining' after a workmate lent it to me.

However, I have just spent the last 20 minutes watching the start of Part Two instead of Part One :dunce:

In my defense, for some inexplicable reason, it comes on two discs, one is unlabeled and double-sided, but clearly says 'Disc 1 Part 2' on the inner rim of one side... the other disc is labeled and clearly says 'Part 3' on it. So I put the unlabelled disc in with the 'Part 2' rim facing downward and started watching, and it made sense (probably because I've seen the film countless times and read the book) - but, it's clearly not Part 1  So I flipped the disc (with Part 2 now facing upward) and it seems to be the actual start now

How can you live with yourself, man?

I've got this weird deal that's been going on for the past 3 years. I've never heard of it before.
In the middle of nowhere, I'll think something isn't really happening. It's weird. Usually when that happens I go away for it to pass (Usually in 5 minutes for small ones, sometimes 3 hours for severe ones....) I've never told anyone that.

I'm on Facebook FAR too much for my own good (I'm sure I'm not the only one...). When nothing's going on (no notifications etc.) it's literally the most boring site on the whole internet, but I am almost never on the internet without having Facebook open in 2 tabs. :indiff: Also, I'm on the internet any chance I get, and all I do is just rotate through my Speed Dial over and over again (Facebook, E-mail, here, Formspring, and 2 other forums) waiting for a new post. 👎 Sad.

Open Facebook.
Nothing's happening, browse something else.
Nothing's happening, browse Facebook.
Nothing's happening, browse something else.
Repeat until suicidal.

Something similar happens to me. Sometimes, I'm literally minutes doing absolutely nothing but scrolling through pages, waiting for something to happen. That's when I start to think I should be studying or something.

I just watched Pan's Labyrinth. I'm disturbed. I mean crushing an innocent guy's face with a wine bottle is 🤬 up.

Edit: No more foreign movies for me...

I LOVE that film! Guillermo Del Toro is a brilliant director. Like a Spanish Tim Burton.

If you didn't enjoy the gore so much, I'd definitely suggest you track down a copy of Orphanage (El Orfanato). It's a better film, and less gory.

👍

A revive of this thread, but I just have to spill this to y'all. Alexandra Stan (The girl who sings Mr.Saxobeat) is so hot that she's wasted 30 minutes of my time just looking at her in the video.:drool::drool:

I have one unit of coursework and a book to read, this has to be done by Tuesday, I haven't done it yet. :scared:

Holy feaking crap is she hot! She's got the voice, the looks, and that attractive foreign sound. I don't know why, but I like that little accent.

I wanted to bump this thread. I have a slightly unhealthy obsession with Animaniacs, as highlighted by my avatar and signature. Being a 90s kid I never knew this show existed until last year and it is hilarious! How this quality show slipped past my childhood I'll never know.

I know, cartoons in the 90's were waaaaaaaaaay better than they are these days.

I guess it wasn't played much over here.
It was aired weekdays on either channel 7 or 9, back in the day. Great show, along with The Pinky and the Brain which spun-off from the series. Though I always preferred the Nickelodeon and Disney cartoons of that era.

Confession time. I've decided I'm leaving China for Thailand as soon as my wife finishes her studies in about a year and a half. Done with it, I'm out.
