Me? I started with my father's Intellivision. Meaning, we had an Intellivision right before we bought a Genny in 1991 (right after they started packing Sonic with it), though I never played it (he wouldn't let anyone play his Intellivision). I still remember going to Wal Mart and getting it, if you can believe it. We had a brief fling with the 32X, if I recall correctly. Then, when the Genny crapped the bed in 1996, we went on the market. The Sega Saturn was still a touch too expensive, and the games for the N64 were too expensive (though my cousin got one) so we went with the Playstation. All was well until 9/9/99. Then, all was well again until 2001, at which point I bought a Gamecube and PS2 at the same time (Wal Mart had some sale or something). Which brings us to today.

Right mrnoname, im not a mod or anything on this forum but i would like to offer you a small bit of advice. I have seen quite a few of your posts on GTPlanet and without meaning to be rude they are lacking in substance or even purpose other than to build up your post total. I can understand your enthusiasm to become involved on GTPlanet but you should take a few moments and ask yourself "is this post really going to be useful,productive or even mildly amusing?" Like everybody else on this forum I hope you have a comfortable stay and enjoy your time here but posts like the one above, although not offensive, are just pointless and will slowly become noticed by the powers that be on here. If you read the Acceptable Use Policy you would know that;

Like i said above im just one of the normal members trying to help you out here and point you in the right direction. If you need any advice then by all means PM me and ill help you out.

In addition to what Specialized said, I'd like to inform you that the redesigned SNES did come out after the N64.
