Control pad DS3 quicker than Steering Wheel

Definitely the steering wheel is faster. Why? Because it gives you more feedback.Because you can drive on the limit much better,mainly because you can steer,brake,accelerate with much greater precision. It's hard to drive with no driving aids and steering wheel at first but then,once you learn how to drive properly there's no turning back to the pad. Simple as that!

Plus drifting with a steering wheel is amazing

It all depends on the car/track combo! Enough fussing about it!

Go and drive a completely stock NASCAR at Motegi Speedway. A wheel is definitely faster. And it is impossible to replicate a decent wheel time.

Now, drive a completely stock 125 Racing Kart at Motegi Speedway. I guarantee you can match your lap times. If you cannot match them, you are driving differently or you do not have a talented thumb (not to be rude).

If you actually try this and do not get correct results, I will be pleased to let you know my lap times for the test.
