From what I hear (and have seen from screens available in the GT4 gallery on this very site) the Spirit R RX-7 is indeed in GT4.

Some may find it corny, but i just love the retro look of the esprit sport 350. Plus, it sorta looks like a Diablo AND whatever that car was in Back to the Future! It also has the coolest sounding engine in the game next to maybe the speed 12. IMO.
And if you dont like the color scheme on the 350 the Esprit V8-SE in Chrome Orange Metallic is really wicked looking. The same body as the 350 minus the retro spoiler.
