I reckon he doesn't speak English very often because he's clearly not very confident with it, and probably doesn't like the loss of articulation that speaking in a language you don't know very well produces.

That, and perhaps not being able to blame things being lost in translation. ;)

Did a 6:53.9 on the ring with the C7 on race softs no aids apart from ABS 1. My guess is as low as 6:35 is possible from someone, my DFGT is shot so I'm slower than normal, ordering a G27 for X-mas. :)

If this car in real life bares any resemblance to the GT5 version it will have superb grip similar to the GTR. If they put that LS7 engine in it its a Viper ACR killer for sure.

Did a 7:39 on the Ring with no aids apart from ABS at 1 on Sports Hard using a DS3. ;)

Any car has superb grip on racing softs.

Thanks for the vid @gtone339. :) Great to see both PD and Chevrolet working together. 👍 Can't wait till Jan, 13, 2013 for the Vette C7!

Btw. Seeing Kaz speak english is fun.

The name's CorvetteConquer, so you know that all I've been thinking about is the new C7 Corvette. It's debuting at the Detroit Auto Show on January 13th, 2013. It's just a few short days away.

We've already gotten the chance to test the veiled prototype, but will the virtual veil and the actual veil be removed simultaneously? 👍

Whatever happens, I am very pleased that PD and Chevrolet have built a great relationship over the last year or so. Collaborations are a beautiful thing. Chevrolet already has one of the more impressive premium car lineups in GT5 and I expect the same for GT6.

Indeed they are.

What makes me the most excited about PDI and GM working together is what we don't know.

This entire C7 adventure per se, caught everyone here by surprise. What else does PDI have cooking in that kitchen of theirs?

EDIT -

Yes, I am looking forward to the official debut of the C7. You might find this interesting (maybe not) but I am friends with a gentlemen who owns the local Chevy dealership and has for decades. I picked his brain to the best of my ability and asked him these questions last night at a church function.

I explained to him the whole GT5 situation in which he knew about, but it was foggy over all the details. In order they were.

1 - Have you seen the C7? "Yes", he replied.
2 - What did you think? "I love it", he stated. "My favorite." he added.
3 - Can you talk about it? "Sure" he told me.
4 - What does the back of it look like? ..... big smile.... "You'll see it soon enough" he told me and then changed the subject.

I tried. I tried.

Believe me when I say I've tried hard to get some info myself only find that said person knows absolutely nothing. I'm jealous of you guys with your sources, I get nothing but dumb people.

Chevy is keeping a very tight lid on it, but believe me when I say that it will be well worth the wait. This is the Corvette people have been asking for.

Maintanence on the 15th yet the car will be available the 14th. :odd:

I doubt the C7 will come out on the 14th. Might have been a mis-quote. But waiting a WHOLE another day doesn't bother me.

I guess people like the idea of the virtual car being unveiled the same time as the real car.

This is pretty cool if it isn't a misquote, i suspect the GT version will be unveiled several hours after the real one goes live.
