Custom Soundtracks in GT5 - What are you listening to?

ill be listening to my stealth McLaren F1 and some "Theory of a Deadman" along with some "Rage Against the Machine" and "Rise Against". Ill have the music turned down, but it will be on. That's how i like to drive :lol:
 
I'll the songs on gt2 when you choose dealerships, soca, reggae, 90's hiphop, my rotors and some more smooth jazz.
 
Haven't given this option much attention ( also because turning off the music in a driving game is often the first thing I do ), but since it seems it will be possible to create a custom soundtrack in GT5 how about Wagner's Ring Cycle which sounds appropriate when casually lapping the Nürburgring?;)
 
Rage Against the Machine and Tool.

And of course, some smooth-as-a-baby's-behind classic jazz. Those in my opinion fits the mood of racing in Gran Turismo.
 
The only thing that bugged me in GT prologue was the one song playing over and over and over again! Gran Turismo games generally have good sound tracks, so if they give you the option for continuous play as opposed to repeat only, i'll be a happy man.

However, give me a NASCAR, the daytona 500 and 'Gimme some lovin' by the spencer davis group, and i'll be the happiest! man alive. You know you'll all be doing this too lol.

Imagine a livery editor thrown inthere as well. Mellow Yellow paint job, Cole Trickle above the door. Aww yes... i've got wood! :lol:

Yes, my tastes are a bit varied... don't want to flood this with a ton of youtube links though. You know what'd be interesting? A GTP curated playlist for GT5. Have everybody submit a song or two and have voting to bump it to nice maneageable number?

I most likely won't be using the custom soundtrack feature. GT has a tradition of kickass soundtracks. The rock selection in Prologue was good. Now, I'm eager to find out what classical pieces are in, and if any jazz carries over to the jukebox from the menus.
 
You guys going to think I'm corny but i gotta have that Mike Jackson Speed Demon and Smooth Criminal for when im just cruising. :lol:
 
From classic rock to psy, I'll adjust the music according to the car and track. Is it just me or the Ford GT Race car from GT4 is eternally bound to Van Halen's Panama song? :D
