why does it have asterixes, it's supposed to be "now a proud psp owner" i keep changing it and still getting the asterixes, WTF!? what's wrong with the word "owner"?

"Owner" and some other words (e.g. "Moderator" and Administrator") are censored from user titles for obvious reasons.

I know there is a thread on it somewhere, but I don't feel like searching for it either.

Vonie is correct. The swear filter is active in user titles for certain words. Owner is in so that no one can claim to be "GTP Owner-Operator" other than Jordan.

I can understaind that. Look at Jordan's user title, it has "Owner" in it, Because he is the owner of GTPlanet. So it would make sense.
You could use "now a proud psp player". It's not the same, but it has the same idea.

Only he can use an image/font in his User Title so it stands out so everyone knows he's the Owner.

Therefore, you maintain the status of your psp and can still put "own" in some way
