I guess we're going N3 tire restriction no PP limit :ouch:
 
i guess not buddy the new online update just screwd us all for this competition. We are limited to 650pp and s2 tires now at suzy. there is datona oval track limited on n3 but who the hell would want to try and drift a big oval. Last there is fuji ferarri and thats a load of crap also. so looks like till they reupdate the online events were outa luck :@:@:@
 
Count me out for that. There was already a fuji match and i was personally looking for track change.

We can do the ferrari event like Round 1

Last round, we were all DB9s on the same tire composition, no PP limit

lol PD has really screwed us drifters.


Im tryin the S2's with grip RWD, not bad for both grip/drift with cars like tuned, viper, corvette etc but still a bit grippy.
 
goracle i think we should just forget about round 2 untill either some decent online events or untill private rooms.

Ooh, I was looking forward to the 2nd round and I practiced on that track too. But now since 2nd round is now cancelled I'll go play more Ridge Racer 7

Bad idea you should practice more into gt5p so your better prepared for round 2 instead of loosing time on a bad acrade game!
 
well let's just hope that PD listens to drifters and gives us Eiger or London in professional physics with no tire restrictions. But I guess that's too much to wish for.:guilty:

No thanks im out. This compeition has been doomed since the plans were first started out. Lets just wait for a different track and then we can think about it.
 
Not just that, I don't have a drift car that is set up on S2
 
NO to NO MERCY! I mean, I'm actually able to drift S2's with no problems but, *BUT*, it's a total disavantage to other people that can't drift S2's. It's like the same thing as putting any of us up against Dking or Bee with R tires. Most of us just couldn't keep up.

Goracle u dont even show ur face online not to be mean but really let it go brother. Dking or myself will set up round 2 as we have seen you stuggle to get your stuff together.

so take a load off and relax

Lets hope that pd gives us a world event 800pp with no tire limitations soon so we can start to sort out the round 2, and pal users can compete also. There should be no pp limit with the competition as long as your car can get into the track. But there will be a limit on tires either n3 or s1's threw what ever u guys want it does not matter to me depending on what the poll outcome is. Like hold a vote for the people that enter and let them decide and the winning vote will be the tire selection. As i really dont care what tire we run most of us can drift what ever tire the mass will pick

Hey Asylum since you look like you are planning round 2 now, why don't you create a poll on the thread so that people can vote on what tires they want to drift with in round 2??
