due to some "incidents" with an idiot that made my blood boiling a few days ago...).
I know exactly who you mean,;) I wrote you that I had a little Chat after my pleasant race with him, and I thought after I destroyed him he would probably never race again, but, sadly that Slit is still out there. I uploaded the Video of his great driving skills on my profile page he was so proud being a S Dr driver what a honorless looser.

Suzuka Gr.4 is great fun, I also finally managed to sneak another victory :)

I was doing 16:35 - 16:38 total race time with the M4. I couldn't do it with Fuel Map 1 only. Was doing 2 laps FM1, then 5 FM2 and then FM1 again. Always short shifting except Lap1. I was running low 39's on average. First couple of laps low 38's.

What total race times were you doing @iFuriousRacer?

@zzz_pt What I'd like to know is how you approach the final chicane at Suzuka faster than me, brake 25m later than me and arrive at the apex slower than me!

What are you talking about? Oh, and who are you?

Rammed in first lap of Suzuka, 4 times in a row. And intentionally rammed at the last chicane on the last lap when I was 2nd, ended up 9th. 3rd was my best result after a 2:09.8xx qualifying. Bit of a shame as I like the track with the M4. Have to see what races tomorrow brings

Watching your Suzuka fast lap to see where I'm losing out and there are a few bits that stand out. That's one of them!

It's not even a great lap... People are going .5 faster and more.

I don't know. If you're suggesting my account might be bugged, don't worry. I made an account on the Americas and my times don't differ. :)

Have you checked if either the braking lights or the brake pedal input don't light up (one or the other) at the same time the km/h start decreasing? This can happen on replays.

I'm not saying there's a bug or anything. I just can't replicate it. I watch on bumper cam with the display on.

Oh, I always prefer to watch replays of top10 laps on chase view so I can see the whole car, where it sits on track and the brake lights. Bumper cam, only to drive :p

I haven't seen a GT-R win in a while. Nice job!
Thank you! The GTR is so terribly nerfed but I still love it and it‘s the car I‘ve been driving since the day I got the game (got it as a prize car somewhere) :)
The win was quite easy tho, qualified P2, P1 left and the it was an easy job as the guys behind me were fighting their stuff out. It also was the only race today I didn‘t make a single mistake in, the other 7 or 8 I did were also really close with me always gaining a few positions as others wiped out each other but I sadly didn‘t score a second win, especially after even more people with the M4 showed up :boggled:

Finally uploaded!
An old fashioned GT style race. Hard but fair, though I’m still not sure how I ended up so far ahead of the 911’s after the pits and how the GTR managed to jump them both too...

It also sucks we can’t take pictures in the pit lane... but anyway, victory number 5! :D

Gained 900 DR points yesterday evening, but lost SR... did 2 races on Suzuka and 2 on Alsace. Started and finished mid pack on all 4.

Managed a 2:08.8xx on Nurburgring which I was quite pleased with but missed the entry twice due to doing other races :banghead:

Need to find a way of gaining DR and SR at the same time...

People in this game can often be much more toxic and annoying than most other games.

Was leading the daily one-make race with 1 lap to go, then a driver 1 lap behind was driving slow in the tight corners before start/finish line and did ALL he could to obstruct me... Of course he blocked my path so that 2nd place could just cruise past and win... :irked::ouch:

Pathetic that people 1 lap behind isn't automatically ghosted for this very reason.

Ruining other peoples races.

What DR/SR category are you in?
At the moment, D/E, but thats mostly because I raged one race and got deranked SR from A to E.

However, most other races in the bottom ranks have been mostly clean... But this one was far from it... Everyone tried to ram and block each other. Destruction derby to say the least.

Ouch!

I do (tend) to find the higher you go in both metrics, the better the standard of sportsmanship and the noticeable lack of those type of idiots.

It's not that bad

I used to play Starcraft 2, and boy-o-boy the 1v1 ladder is brutal. Loosing a game is your fault and your fault alone.
The number of games someone better than me would be walking all over me in a game and berating me while doing so was infuriating. You’d spend years learning and practicing, every game your doing some 200 actions a minute for upwards of 20mins a game, trying your heart out... and someone would just beat you down and laugh at you... that was toxic haha

I think it’s also worth pointing out that in my last two races, a ‘back marker’ hasn’t actually been a lapped car, the game just seems to glitch out and screw some people over.
In the video I posted, I come out of the pits in second place, the guy in first pits, comes out behind me, but he’s labelled as being 13th and a lap down.... but how can that have happened?

SR-E? Oh ok never mind then

Oh this is from today? My bad.

What are the races for today, please?
A = One-Make Daihatsu Copen RJ VGT - 5 laps - Kyoto Driving Park Miyabi
B = Gr. 3 - 15 laps - Northern Isle Speedway :lol:
C = Gr. 4 - 8 laps - Tokyo Expressway - East Outer Loop - 4 time fuel/9 time tyre wear

Race B should be some cluster and destruction!

E ranks are definitely not clean haha

You are not wrong, but i've driven a few races here in the bottom now and it seems like its not more 'dirty' than higher "cleaner" ranks.

Just the occasional oddball trying to ram people off. And of course 1 of 30 races where everyone is out to get you.

Oh my, Miyabi with the Daihatsu, I'll stay away from that, you're probably gonna be drafted & punted in the south curve like usual with the slower cars on this track.

btw, yesterday on Alsace the top time by a Danish driver, I noticed he was able to brake way way later than me (and I had the brake bias already at 4 to the rear) and also that he left his foot on the throttle a little. Is there really a throttle braking effect, that is that strong? Would that even be realistic on a FWD car? Or possibly he set the brake bias to the front? tbh it almost looked like the grip bug. He had the top time and what I also noticed he didn't even shift perfectly, he did the shift from 4 to 5 at pretty much the 8000 RPM max, while the optimum was switching around 7500.

Good, goood :mischievous:
I try to get my DR down to D or E again, so those tracks come in handy
Watch out for that one slow Mustang driver today :p

Pit Strategy, you running long to run alone for a lap and take on less fuel vs them coming out together and battling I guess. The GTR is much better on fuel so probably less fuel required too.

Looked like fun.
