Seems like you're getting flashed by the Audi TTs a lot, man. They seem to think they're racing in the 90s BTCC while clearly it's not the case .

I’ve beaten and overtaken quite a few this week, and gotten passed by a few.
The Ferrari can suck them too deep on entry and they understeer or also it can pressure them pressure and force them to errors.
Turn 5, the left turn entry to the uphill esses...You can enter deeper in the prancing horse and sometimes cars chase you in never to return to tarmac lol.
All my bs aside it’s not like I’m hitting 45 in race but I put together some under 46.5 my last race and won from third.
The Ferrari can work because it LOVES every turn and can floor it at apex...
The ff have to watch the understeer...
I had fun anyways...Almost lost A plus, but still clinging by a thread...:)

Cheers and goodnight.

Edit good reference I’da rocked this back then like 1988...

Interesting.

What Gr. 3/4 car do you see most in your area?

Canada, Vancouver area - Probably the WRX, Mustang or M3.
New Plymouth area, NZ. Mustangs, loads of Mustangs. Got a few WRX around, even one of those really nice looking Supras. And one lotto winner with a Maclaren, but an MP4-12C. Not the 650.

Might have to give the vantage a run. From the back at Monza to recover SR before signing off.

Anyone else in race B have all the cars stop at the end of auto drive, then it's a free for all grid start without the grid?

It happens every now and then due to a player on the grid ahead disconnecting due to lag/poor internet... makes all of the cars behind it stop and wait until the green flag. Sucks when you get stuck and an unsurmountable advantage for the players ahead of it (unless they bin it during the race).

Also, any touch to the COD's exit wall, no matter how small, will eliminate your CRB. Ran two races where I glanced it on exit and ended up only getting +5SR for each race. Net-net, Race B is not good for SR recovery.

What view does everyone use in Sport Mode? I only use cockpit in any sim with my wheel. As long I drive a particular car with some regularity, I find it very easy to judge how close I can get to walls. Last week at Nurburgring GP I regularly had oh **** moments in the final turn thinking I was gonna hit the inside wall but I never did.

I'm sure we all get used to whichever view we use, but I just wonder if that affects spacial awareness in situations like the Chicane of Death.
For me, I feel like I don't have enough visibility if I use interior view, but I love the immersiveness (if thats even a word) so I use Bonnet/Roof cam as a compromise. It's more immersive than chase, while still having good visibility. With bumper cam, I find it really hard not being able to see even part of the car next to me, and also find it hard to judge distance to the car ahead, so thats a no no for me.

Been racing at Dragon Trail on my roadrunner account and decided to try the F-type and it marginally beat my best lap from my main account.. it's very smooth and consistent and clocked a few steady 7'09 race times with it :) Here's my best quali lap so far in the Jag..

DT is an Awesome race track! Those guys running low 1'44's are crazy fast

Had a shocker last night, could not concentrate and made errors from hitting people to choosing the wrong tyre to track limit penalties.

Started annoyed as I could only find 4 tenths ont eh medium tyre vs the hard in qualifying so still started 16th but drove brilliantly to be in 10th and pushing a gaggle in front by lap 3. Then I hit a guy so let him pass and that let someone else through and I got tied up squabbling with them both when I was quicker, cost me 4 places in the end.

Just a poor night but found another 4 tenths to finish with a 1.47.999 which still feels a tad slow.

Getting pretty sad looking at my friends list this week. Never seen so many SR C/B/A.

99% of the time everyone on the list is at SR S. Most are friends I made specifically because they're clean drivers. And yet I still see many at SR S behaving recklessly in Daily Races. SR deductions right now are way off. The quality of races is declining. SR is punishing the wrong drivers.

Next weeks dailies? Time to get back on the grind and raise my DR once Saturday is over. Haven't touched a daily the entire 3rd stage!

Anyone else in race B have all the cars stop at the end of auto drive, then it's a free for all grid start without the grid?

Fun thing is, you can trigger it yourself. It happens when you put GTS in the background (go to psn menu) during the time the lobby counter reaches zero and the auto drive counter begins. Your car will stop in auto drive and cause a grid start for everyone behind (and yourself).

I found out while replaying to messages while the grid was forming up, and have used it once to get a safe start with an ultimate dirty player. He started 3rd, me 2nd. First got to run ahead, clearing out T1 for me while dirty nr 3 got the whole pack on his butt

Next week's dailies:

Race A: N200 @ Alsace, 2 laps, SH
Race B: Gr.3 @ Suzuka, 4 laps, RH
Race C: Gr.1 @ Nurburgring GP, 10 laps, RH, Tires x6 Fuel x2

Two laps :lol::lol::lol:

Back to the last of us for me next week. Although GR.1 is always fun, NGP isn't though. That's like getting stuck in the baby pool next to an epic water park. Skip the fun part of the track :banghead: One of these decades we'll have GR.1 at N24.

I’m using auto trans so no short-shifting. Good to know about the AMG. The Lexus also comfortably did 5 laps, so sounds similar to the AMG. Corvette was faster for me, but just used a lot more fuel.
This is the very reason I learned to drive with manual gearbox a few months ago. Since it got automated for me to change the gears I have gotten faster and still more fuel efficient.
I didn't think I could and it cost me a lot of DR to learn but it's back now

I've visited a lot of foreign countries, and the most American cars I've seen overseas is Teslas in Hong Kong. :odd:
I did see one or two rich kids in Tokyo with Mustangs.

Most sold car in Norway is Tesla. In Sweden where I live I think there is 15-20 Mustangs just in my little town of 20k inhabitants.

Nicely done!

Do you also notice the huge skill difference between SR.B and SR.A at Seaside?

I started this morning in SR.B, did a couple races into SR.A and ended back at 79 on Monza. In SR.B I finish 17 sec behind the leader, in SR.A victory from last with 8 sec lead lol. Match making is so weird, yet lag is worse. I dropped back down the SR ladder getting penalties without contact on my end, yet seeing the 3 bar connection in front of me suddenly jump ahead, my lag projected car obviously hit him. Of course I get called dirty as well after the race. (Was a Brazilian using a VPN to race)
