I only had my fifth win today (out of 130 races total). But you might imagine that it was the best one for me, because of my car choice :dopey:
Never thought i could get a win again as im on a high DR B rating.

Hurracan is ridiculous at Nurb - you can just plant the throttle and ignore bumps, cambers, and kerbs. Nicer gearing than the Atenza, and less understeer too.
Damn... Maybe I'll get that car next?
Anyway, I tried the WRX. It's very stable as you say, but sometimes I overestimate the car and I understeer onto the grass  thankfully I still won :D
I'll alternate between this and the WRX
Sadly, even though I'm a Suby driver IRL, in the game I find I do better with the Evo.
Really? I find the opposite for me :( I'm a big Evo fanboy but the WRX just handles much better in my hands :banghead:

Thats not really the way to think about it. You are obviously a high b rating on merit. Anyone on b can win on b. I am the proof in the pudding on that.
Yeah, you're right. I actually like the DR ratings as they are.

Okay, I'm going to try the Gr4 race at Nordschleife without qualifying.

I have never attempted a sport mode race at Nordschleife or the 24hr circuit, so this will be interesting...
I pray for your safety

It's actually worse than this, just after that screenshot another 3 people finished with at least 10-20 second penalties

But I guarantee you won't be placed last since almost half the grid doesn't do quali

Humm....This is actually brilliant, the Veyron is 4WD and has a quite high top speed for the straight lines.

If you can handle the understeer due to its 1600kgs, it's going to be a monster in this track.

Plus the extra size of the wheelbase means it doesn't give much room for your opponents to overtake.

Next time I race on the 'Ring, I'm bringing this!

gtplanet is doing weird things. When I read your post all I saw was "Really?" and not the next bit!

As a driver of the Fuji Heavy Industry product, I naturally view the Lancer as the enemy ;). But yeh, in the game back in GT4 I found the Evo more to my liking, and it's retained it's slight tail happy character in GTS. Strange for a car with FF bias, I'd expect more understeer.

The 'ring was much more fun last weekend in the dark!

The Evo (well at least up until Evo 6) has a very loose suspension if I remember correctly, so it's quite tail-happy. Not sure about the recent models, but I feel the same on the Evo X that it has quite some oversteer for an FF-based 4WD

Oh
yeah
haha
it is...

I can only recommend to try it, i had some concerns because of its weight, but it tackles the Ring very good actually.

The Viper is my favourite at the moment. Drove really well on race B yesterday

I'd have thought both the Viper and the WRX are a risky choice for the Nurburgring. Last year's 24h the Viper was banned for being too noisy and the WRX burst into flames!

My Rule: "Don't enter Sport-Races on Saturday or Sunday."
**** on that, again its the Nurb.

I say goodbye to my Driver-Rating and will go for that now. Bought the Huracan (and will try the 86 too)
Spend my last night with the E30 in Lobbys on the Nurb, it was such fun.

Wish me luck :D

On race C today..

Everytime I pit, change tires and refuel.

Porsche just want to spin the whole time..lost over 1k in my D DR rating :'(

After ages of everything going well I finally disconneced from pole position 🤬

It‘s my provider tho, no internet at all :banghead:
