Ok fair play, perhaps you should be allowed SS so long as they are only good for 1 hot lap. :)
You can push to the limit on hard surely? Its just a different limit?

Lol. Why on B?? I want race Gr.3 on slicks then you can push to the limits and not like that. Since the release we’re driving on hard tire compound which don’t have nothing too do with”skill” at all!! But it’s your opinion, respect that :) another one who “defends”a broken game :)
On races are short and no fuel/tyre wear. Pd could implement other tyres to race b.

Why for one lap?! You try too be sarcastic right?? Fail!

We’ve more then hard tire too chose and specially on long races like last night on Brandshatch (12 laps) it would be amazing if the first stint was on Hard tired then second on SS or other tire choice!! Since the release we drive only on Hard ones which is boring as hell!

Agree on short races they should fix on one tire but why only on Hard? That’s the question!

SS tires with 7x tire wear won't even last two laps, there is no point in using them.
I'd like the tire selection to be opened tho, everyone will rush SS and wonder why they have to pit twice or three times while I cruise along on H's or M's

Who said that the tire wear shuld be 7x?

Had a go at Monza... When you’re on the first lap, heading flat out into a 90* 1st gear corner and see people in your rear view mirror position themselves three wide, you know you’re in for a bumpy ride

I did three races and in every one I felt like I was inside a washing machine going through that chicane. The racing tends to be quite tidy after that and if you can keep inside the track limits and avoid penalties, you’ll go up places quite easily.

Also great to see the variety of the cars out there. Vipers, Renaults, Veyrons, WRXs and Atenzas all battling neck & neck :)

It was an example :dunce:
Even on x1 wear they may last two or three laps before falling off a cliff whereas with hards you can do lap over lap over lap with consistent but a bit slower lap times
Hmmm, I don’t believe in that! If the tire wear is preseted on Off therefore they can endure 4/5 laps therefore you’re wrong!

For races A and B it really doesn't matter if everyone is racing on H, M, S or SS tho

I was referring

to the Gr.3 that we shuld have more options and variety in the races. So far (from the release) we didn’t have a si for race on SS tires. Long or Shirt races there was 0 SS races.

#21 in the region for Race A....this won’t last long but it’s the first time I’ve ever ranked in the top 25!

Someone here said that the NSX is on the leaderboards for Race C

It's a bluff I'm still faster in the 911 RSR :( Gonna sell the NSX and try the new Lexus

Opps that was me sorry if you wasted some money.
There are still 2 NSX's in the top 10 in Europe, the last 2 race C's i did where both won by 911's. I came forth last time out in the new Lexus i tried quali in the NSX but found myself slower too. Guess it depends on your driving style and what your used to driving i might try the 911 but i like that RC F.

:lol::lol::lol:
Congrats on your top 10 and no worries! :D I should stop the habit of using meta cars
Thanks for the mini-reviews though at least now I know what to expect :)

It was but it's rubbish, not sure how the guys who had top tens in it did it, their replays didn't fit with what I experienced driving it. I wasted far too long trying to lap right with it, I then went to the Ferrari and was finally running consistently and got just into the 1.06's. It's either that or the Vette in this race out of the few cars I tried.

Daily races are boring as hell. Always almost same dudes in same
Cars. And I’m wondering why are we driving on the hard compound tire!!! Not a single event was on SS or so!

Ridiculous

It's because SS grip is ridiculous. Car on rails (easy mode). No thank you. Keep SS out of sport mode.

Nearly every lobby is SS tyres when I search. Why do you like these tyres? Zero skill. Zero feel. Might as well play slot cars instead.

*Edit, sorry did you mean racing soft or sport soft tyre?

I meant the SS(soft compound) for Gr.3 in sport mode!

Race B was a catastrophe. This is the result of 3 races. S/S to A/B and I can honestly say that all contact was from other drivers which led to being pushed into other drivers resulting in 10s penalty after 10s penalty. Dr reset to 40k. I wonder how many races I’ll have to win cleanly to get back to S? There were some serious dream killers this morning.

Unfortunately that was me!! 4c was spectacular in quali but in the race felt completely different! Silly mistakes like that one was the story of all my races last night at brands!
Same for me, I crashed myself off way too often
I liked the 86 a lot, I was able to outrun most of the 4Cs :D

Ok, my second crazy day in a row. I decided that since I picked up some points yesterday with my first win, and I'm likely to be DR/D for some time yet, I didn't have much to loose. I'd take on the madness that is Monza!

I tried a few cars in time trial qualify without entering. With 2:01s for both the Viper and the NSX, I figured it would be one of those. Since I'd never tried the Jag, I thought I'd give it a go for 🤬. I managed a couple of 2.00s but for some reason I still havent figured out, GTS doesn't always record your fastest lap *as* your fastest lap. I entered with the Jag and cracked the 2 min barrier during proper qualifying.

Race time comes and what the huh??? I'm actually in a race with everyone the same DR/SR as me, I'm the only Aussie, with the rest all Japanese. As is that wasn't weird enough, I was on my first pole :crazy:! The guy in 2nd crowbarred his way up the inside at the first chicane leaving me with no where to go. He ended up slightly off and I copped a 2 second penalty. By the 4th lap my penalties were up to 11s. I pushed till the strait before the final bend, pulled over to the side and slowed down till I was down to 0.8s. 2nd place sailed past and I gave chase. I got within under 2s of him but just didn't quite have enough to get there. 2nd place it was, but my first pole, and fastest lap of the race!
