Spoke too soon, saw @Nuschel01 in my last race. A Swiss guy in there too, called GT SPORT EVENT dirty as ****, saw him take out lots of people myself included. Raced him the other night too and looked much the same although I had little to do with him.

I got cut off at the end of 130R but in hindsight although I had a lot more speed than the NSX I wouldn’t have made it to the turn with the overlap, still, he turned in very aggressively. 2 second penalty on the line pulled me from 3rd to 6th

reset to A/B for literally the third time this week lel. I think I will race in asia for a while cos theres less meganes and stuff there. no offense to the people who drive them but they accelerate so fast and brake so late that it causes accidents

I'll say this. In GT6 leagues I was in, I saw people being able to match their qualifying times in a race or close to it. In GT Sport, even the aliens can't seem to match their Q time except if wear is on and they're doing their second stint with less fuel. I'm inclinced to believe something is different during a race but I don't know what that is or how to prove that other than observation.

Well qualifying, like time trials, definitely seems to run with no fuel in the tank (or the weight is not counted). Perhaps the races have a full tank that just never depletes. It might also not take into account tire temperature. I do think that something feels different in terms of grip between qualifying and even the non-wear races.

I was at 99 again and just as the last race for the kudosprime day started I was matched with some idiot again who felt the need to brakecheck me and close the door twice. Down to 82 again 🤬
Lol don't sweat it bro, I'm at 44 now! xD Haha, just rage quit after only a handful of races at Bathurst and all manner of idiot driving - can't tell if deliberate or just bad - but I don't need that ish at this time of night!

It's a shame because I really love driving Bathurst, but so many idiots :( It doesn't help that even with the SR plummet I struggled to hold onto pole down Mountain straight - Meganes in P2 can just drive straight past on the outside and I'm not even fuel saving - then of course they're slow over the mountain so I'm tripping up trying to avoid them and/or being rammed from behind and/or into the gravel.... just no, I'm done for the night :)

I‘m back at 99 and already recovered almost 6k DR points :D

Bathurst is a great track but people can‘t drive it in traffic. I won‘t even bother racing it in Sport Mode again, same for Monza
We should stick to racing there in lobbys, the E30 could be fun there 💡

EDIT: At least I won a bunch of races, even two against an alien that spun off in one race and had a penalty from shortcutting in the second :dopey: I think I won like 10 races today? :D And 11 or 12 poles :)

"I Brake for Tailgaters" ? :p

I was doing quite well with the Viper. Most of my passing was done on the straits and a lot of time was made up across the top of the mountain. Most of the idiocy I faced was coming down. Idiots that force their way through spaces that aren't there.

Same, I have to brake earlier in the race. It's normal with all cars in my experience. Hence I don't spend much time qualifying and rather learn to drive on the track. Then when I do a quali lap in between it feels almost too easy to drive the car and I instantly set a faster lap than my best lap in race without any real effort.

Learning to drive GR.2 on the track has cost me almost 2K DR though... Starting at the back is expensive.

Why is it that the cars handle so differently between qualifying and the real race? That might be the reason so many cars go off the track during the first lap.

Is it realistic that you can take the 130R in a GT500 flat out so easily? Can't check onboard videos atm, but was wondering when doing the GT League Event with the Gr. 2 Nissan (RH tires).

Btw., the GT League event being multiclass with GT3 cars is so so sweet... Why can't we have that in Lobbies or an endurance sport mode race even? I would glady accept the carnage that would likely happen :D.

Here is an onboard video from 2014. He did lift slightly. It looks to me like he had some reserves left and would have been able to go through flat out. But I guess risk taking in corners is quite a bit different in real life.

I'm trying to cross two things off my checklist tonight

1. Get my 20th sport mode win

2. And win a Gr2 race at Suzuka.

A majority of my wins have come in Gr3/4 at Interlagos... hoping I can add a little variety to my wishlist tonight for my 20th win.

I raced earlier this afternoon but have not qualified well. Then I had a horrible nations race. Took a break to watch the Red Sox, and now hoping for more success this time around!

I think best and normal race yesterday only this one :D (This I in one room with @Alpha Cipher how tag person in here btw?), after get DR.A my internet played up made me DC 3 or 4 times and I just have big number loss DR like I mention before.

Sudden lag is killing me too all car just flying and hit me to gravel, I must contact my internet provider again today then 4 hours with that problem is no joke for me. I almost throw my ps cause of that :banghead:
Overall I fit with RCF speed than GTR mid power character and totally not fit with NSX on DS4

"Ultimate Aero Works" heh I get that reference :p
Was a bad race for me, so many spins  congrats for you though! You went up 3 places I think? :)

Hope to see you there

Okay I‘m done for today, what an eventful friday the 13th...
From S/S 62k/99 to A/B 40k/56 back to A/S 48k/99 :boggled: At least I got 14 poles and 12 wins :dunce:

I am REALLY good at qualifying 15th at Suzuka. I keep getting matched with drivers in the top ten in the US. Apparently PD doesn't realize I am not on their pace. Sigh... I don't think the push for 20 will happen tonight

In other news... @Robben, I believe I am now in the same situation as you are.

Interesting stats.
For race C, Monut panorama, there are 49 Australia players out of the top 100.
For race B, Suzuka, there are 94 Japanese players out of the top 100.

Both are exceptional high ratio for the track in their home country.

I remember some posts that Brazilian are also good in general in Interlagos.

I on 334th Suzuka today  guess I not that bad lol
Well it just like their homegrown after all, they will push as far as they can. Nah in Kyoto Japanese less on top I guess.

Ah no. I refer to the top 100 in Asia/Oceanic region.

For race B, the first non-Japanese player is in rank 30 already. The next one is rank 53, which is you :)
Read Alpha lap time on my friend list which is over 1s ahead of mine.:bowdown::bowdown:

Baliwa where to check your rank? Jason’s site still cannot be accessed.

Monza madness or BB pinball tomorrow. We just had Monza yesterday, need more tracks!

My DR is starting to hurt from all the DR.A and some DR.S getting their DR reset. Milking the points back from me :) I wonder how the total DR point pool is looking with all these SR drops causing a drain on the system, certainly now the DR boost glitch seems to have been fixed.

The worst combination of tracks I could think of for today... :ouch:
FIA races look fun though. I just can't enter them, as they're starting too late for me today :indiff:

PD really needs to step up and work on sport mode! A poll option for the next day track/car combination (as many already requested) would be awesome. Or simply more and better options for the dailies! (And weekly races with settings have to come back ffs!)
