Plus the fact that a lot of faster drivers pick and choose what races they enter. You can always tell, in the EU region when you look at the top 10 quali times you normally see the same names up there, if it’s a race that’s not too popular the board looks very different.

Plus the fact, any ovals, or for example infield A today, it’s a very short track so the times are much less spread and tend to get all the ranks closely matched.
 
Ugh Tsukaba. All the DR ranks getting messed up, smurf accounts and what not is not helping. The game still rewards bumping to the top as long as you're DR.B or lower. Last race I was in 3rd, DR.B driver behind me kept bumping me from behind until he finally pushed me wide enough to pass. Then he cuts me off in T1 so I have to go in the grass and get 2 sec, which also slowed me down. Next car seizes the opportunity to bump pass me in the next corner, also DR.B. Then throws his car right in front of me, I tap it without any effect to either of us yet instant 10 sec penalty for me. So now I have serve it and drop to 8th. The 2 bumpers went on to bump their way to 2nd and 3rd, with blue SR ratings... A C./S driver with alien qualifying time won the race...

Is it just me or is Tsukaba with that car making anyone else feel kinda nauseous as well? I have no issues with motion sickness in VR yet this car track combo is starting to get me there. 2 races is enough.
 
After going at Race B all day I finally got a win after being bumped off the track numerous times. Just picked the game up two weeks ago and am loving sport mode. Best time was 1:07.8, still a ways off the top 10. I just can't find any more speed with the Corvette.
 
Oh man what a mess race today in Tsukuba.
The start was one of the most chaos I've ever had. I was 9th then 6th then 15th in only a few turns.
They really really need to ghost those who a suffering a penalty, its clearly causing much more trouble. I dont understand why it should be so difficult to program. Lost another 1000 DR.

Luckyly I was wise enough to give it a try with my second account :)
 
i'm using -2 and coasting without tcs (starting with it on 3 to get a reasonable start) .. my optimal lap is 1:00.5 though i'm happy enough with a .8

I read the thread about Smurf/secondary accounts and other threads about how DR is taken from others or given to them depending on the calculations.

Being at DR A SR S I can't increase DR lately in the daily races unless I pole or P2 then win. I check kudos prime after every race and there were 3 or 4 races that I lost between 100 and 200 DR each race by moving up between 3 and 6 positions and getting a clean race bonus, made me feel like why did I even waste my time.

This particular string of races I was .200 off of top ten qualifying and I was being matched as the only A DR in a rooms full of D, E, and C DR. I started looking up others stats on kudosprime and they were mostly all players with less than 10 days game access running just off and some top ten times????

So being that everybody is pulling from a pool of DR points and it seems like everybody keeps mentioning their secondary accounts lately I'm starting to see this trend as a real problem in sport mode.

For example we have legitimate S S players taking hard earned DR away from others players by top qualifying and winning with their low rated secondary accounts pulling those valuable DR points out of the cumulative pool.

Being that I'm constantly placed with all levels of DR in a race (and don't say qualify faster because this happens when I have a top ten time) what's to stop these chameleon s/s drivers from chasing down the other A/S and S/S using their secondary accounts and punting them off ruining their race and spilling their hard earned DR across the track for the rest to absorb?

It's not only second accounts but also players reset by SR drop, right?
 
I don't have any cars in my garage that actually qualify for Gr.A. Either it's a mistake, or something I don't have, or we got a sneak peak at a future Group update. Also, there's no leaderboard scores, so I'm assuming it's not just me...

One thing that stands out is the "GR" is uppercase, but all the existing classes use "Gr". If it's a mistake it's a really sloppy one.
 
Yeah i came online here to ask as well, no times set in 10 minutes so im like that means no-one can do it? And I trawled the new cars to find a Group A... im assuming maybe a High Performance Rally Car? Maybe Pikes Peak Cars?
