Did four race B's last night.. The first one was a nightmare:
In the first corner, some guy in a VW vgt decides to ram the **** out of people. He should maybe go bowling cause the strike was so good. So that guy keeps driving erratic and pushes me out again in the first 90 degrees corner. I pass him again and he manages to bomb several cars again in the last corner of the first lap. Then he just quits. Idk why but the fact that he just quit after that was the most maddening thing. Come into an SR99 race, ruin it for several people and then just leave

Second one started 4th and had every chance to win but my tire went to grass while braking coming in to the first corner and that was it. Managed to climb back to 3rd.

Third one was one of my better races ever. Started 8th and climbed to 2nd. Had every lap around my qt and two of them under my qt.

In the fourth I was matched against atleast one alien and went to the grass during the second lap. Did manage to climb a position though.

Very hard for me to nail every corner in Interlagos during the same lap. If I had more time I'm sure I could've shaved half a second from my qt.

Today's races?

After a shot at Brands Hatch, I felt that front-wheel-drive is terrible on DS4 so I jumped back to Interlagos but with a different car. The Mustang Gr.3 is a dream using the controller! Once you ease past 60mph the car is so stable at the rear. No constant slide-straight-slide wheel spin nightmare.

The Mustang destroys the RSR on the straights - I just had a race against a guy who was using the Mustang and even though I way faster on the turns and had better cornering when the straights came - the Mustang was melting the gap .... but the thing that frustrated me the most was when I was driving behind it literally a meter behind its bumper due to my better exit on the last corner and still I didn't have enough speed for overtaking - in the opposite situation (I was leading ~.4) the Mustang melted the gap on the final straight and got me ... Interlagos was fun as a whole, got 4-5 pole positions and 2 wins so..

There's just something about Interlagos. I rarely have an incident there. It's super technical and should be prone to out braking, getting shoved in turns, etcetera, but 99%, drivers are well behaved.

Only got to do two races at Suzuka with the GT-R today but both times, I was trying to hang with someone I know was faster than I was. First race, I ended up finishing 4 seconds behind. Had a chance second time around capitalizing on a mistake but lost out in the pits via clever fuel saving. A little more practice and I think I could've dropped my race times under the 2:00 mark but my batteries were drained before I started playing and pushing that hard didn't help.

Disappointed with some SR S ranked racers, but I got to say diving side by side in to a corner with another clean racer and knowing they won't punt you off the track and instead race fair is so thrilling. I don't even care what position we're fighting for, just the excitement of close racing is enough of a reward. Just happy with GT Sport online races.

Had one similar race last night at Interlagos. Started pole with RSR, P2 was a C7. We trusted each other that we entered T4 side by side in lap 2. I lost P1 to C7. Then followed him closely without any contacts. I tried to regain P1 twice at T1 in the last 2 laps. The 1st one was overshooted and the 2nd one we went side by side (I took the inside line) again. I felt I applied a tiny little bump to the C7 though no penalty for us. I decided to slow down a bit and kept on the left side after T1 and let him took the P1 back. Tracked hard till the end and I lost 0.0XXs. I enjoyed it so much though the pole start didn't ended in a victory. We congratulated each other after the race. I hope more races like this would come.:):):)

P.S. Forgot to ask "if i can add him to my friend list":boggled: If the C7 is on GTP. Please give me a "Hi" here.

Just had a decent race on Suzuka with the Gr.2, but a higher-ranked driver kept trying to bash me off a couple times (and did in the final chicane) when I got past them. So petty. I hardly ever retaliate in those situations though, I ended up beating them anyway.

I think I saw @Sven Jurgens in there, who won. Congrats if that was you.

A) One Make (Megane) -- Big Willow (4 laps)
B) Gr.4 -- Mount Panorama (3 laps)
C) One Make (Audi e-tron VGT garage car) -- Yamagiwa (14 laps, 5x tires)

Interesting and dissapointing at the same time :D

The one day in the week (Tuesday) I don’t have time, we had awesome races.
And today, well what do I need to say...

Not even fia races for today. Guess I’ll die...I mean, do something else :P

Yeeeesssss... Mount Panorama..... Yeeeeeeessssssss
Like it too much!

E-Tron much easier to drive than the GR.1 car, but yea since it AT and can't change the gear take brake point is much longer than expected

Yes pls! I'll be home in 3-4 hours
need other people to setup my internet is so bad at this moment every 7 - 10 PM GMT+8 and only can race from 5-6 PM + 11PM onwards :banghead:

Got sidetracked today so I didn't get to race as much as I hoped. Thanks to Interlagos, I have recovered from my Dr slump.

Unfortunately I never won a race, and I am still in search of my 20th win

Kudos prime updates weird. The races I did this afternoon got logged as one day, and the races I just did got logged as a new day.

As Nuschel said, Kudos Prime logs the stats at 8pm EST / 5pm PT.

I said I would race you back to DR.A yet I didn't know you were almost there already, never saw you on Interlagos, DR difference was still too big I guess. Congrats! I think I did pretty well, hard grind today, Kudos Prime hardly noticed my brief decent to D/E yesterday.

So close, back to A tomorrow.

It also never logged my 16 hour stay in DR.S last weekend. Monza got me there, Sunday races took me back down. It's been quite the ride from S/S to D/E to almost A/S in a few days!

I managed to win two on Suzuka. One in a B/S to D/S room and one with S/S and A/S where NZNZNZ missed the pit, lucky win. GR.2 on Suzuka was great, awesome racing. I'm hoping for GR.2 on Brand's hatch soon!

Mount Panorama tomorrow!
Is that an electric car for daily C? How long will the pit take to recharge the battery...

That's because you're an alien :p.

:) Thanks, but I'm really really not.

But yes, you're of course right. If you have not so high DR but max SR, it seems that you're getting mixed with higher DR- Players more often.

Sorry are you saying the e-tron is AT only??

Yes. Climbing back to DR:A after reset is way, way more difficult at SR:S than it is in lower SR-ratings. When I did the climb before, as a lower SR, I was getting poles in all DR:A races. I don't think I've gotten one as I've been doing it at S. Not even at low DR:B.

Yeah I was in the race where NZNZNZ was crawling around the track. Didn't know what was going on because they started in pole, so I kept expecting them to go solid in front of me and was having to maneuver around them every lap. Good times though.

Yeah, the Audi e-tron is all-electric. Charging batteries would take too long so it's just the tires.

I'll try :)
Don't expect much though... This country's internet isn't any better

Sven that win you got was awesome Nznz is faaaast. But you're so consistent i kept juusst touching the grass and putting myself at the back to climb back up...
We had 1 or 2 good battles for 3rd and 4th tho that was awesome.

Tried the e-tron race....
its fun but nailing down the braking zones on that car is insane. I got it past 300 km/h after the esses t2-4. I was braking 50 metres earlier than normal and still over shooting corners if your not super careful.

Just started watching a replay of the IMSA race at Long Beach. Here's an interesting bit of advice that you can use in your dailys from Patrick Long.

"A little bump and run has always served me well." (Wonder what his SR would be?)
