Anyone not play GTS today because of GOW?

It depends on the races! I'm getting GoW tomorrow (today I guess, it's past midnight). If no GR.1 or GR.2 I'll be bashing some heads in instead.

Bluemoon infield was very good tonight. Just my luck on one of my races I got disconnected after finishing before the online save. Still counted as a loss doh. At least I got to complete the race.

I seldom enter race with tyre and fuel consumption. How your guys figure out the strategy for daily c everyday?

Daily Race A: S-FR' 15 | Tokyo Expressway Central Outer loop - 5 Laps
Daily Race B: GR.4 | Monza - 4 Laps (Again PD?)
Daily Race C: GR.3 | Maggiore - 9 Laps | Fuel 6x tyre 9x

Can we get GR.B, GR.2, GR.1, even Kart again PD?

Past's BMW driver's behaviour is now to be found with VAG drivers :dunce:
Which is now passing to Skoda Octavia and Superb

I tend to believe race C worth more than any race B. With more laps you have more chances to manage the race and alter tactics if needed. While in a B it is a few laps rush.

I always this tactic no matter what race is that FIA or Daily:
Saving fuel and tires on 1st half and total attack on 2nd half after pitting, too risky for me put no pit on race. No good for me entering battle on mid race if you have worn tire, better just let it go the position and push the opponent till make self mistake (miss brake point or spin). Nah if you still want battle just do it on 2 early laps when tires still good.

If you can save that fuel much than other you can push it one more lap to enter the pit and get better grip on finish race.

but always ready for backup tactic when you get punted or get penalty.

Here's my battle with fresher tires last night.

Good decent c race. Good reason to play after 2 day away.

FINALLY I get a win in a Daily Race! After having a dismal week with frustrating accidents, I somehow manage to beat a BMW in the Group 4 race at Blue Moon Infield whilst driving an 86. The race itself was ridiculously intense, not far off my league racing at it's best. If not equal to. The race finished dramatically, where the BMW was right next to me going into the second last corner. He was on the inside, and decided to push me into the wall before taking the next left. I thought it was all over but the BMW then stopped to serve a penalty, probably from the contact with me. I have never seen a penalty being handed out soo swiftly; if only the system was always this just.

Invisigoth, Have you given the Atenzas a try? the gr4 is very easy to drive, it's the only car I can drive with t.c. set to 0!. and it has loads of front end grip so just goes where you point it.

the gr3 has a lot more power and I have to run t.c. 5 to keep the rear stepping out using a ds4. (I'd love a wheel, but I think my wife would divorce me) it has the same front end grip which is why it's so good on tracks with tight twisty sections. bit slow in a straight line but on technical tracks like Brands that less of an issue

good luck!
My wife said the same, if I get a wheel and pedals and chair then I can move it into my bachelor flat....

Screen clip Gr.3. I messed up at the start, by spinning between Turns 1&2. Went from 8th to 16th and clawed by way back due to some misfortune of other racers.

I did the Monza race, but I got booted when I was trying to load the clip to YouTube. In that race, I got smashed around, at the second chicane, because of a yellow flag(people trying to pass when there is no passing). I went from 4th to 8th. When i got to 5th place, a 650S I raced at Blue Moon earlier, must have sensed I was gaining. From way ahead, the hazards go on and speed is dropping on the back straight, before the last chicane. Then, last lap, A Veyron I raced at the same Blue Moon race, uses the hazards way ahead too. They both let me thru for 3rd place.:eek: Now, I was faster than them both at Blue Moon, but at Monza, I was on a mission. However, they just let me go and I wasn't even near them. Didn't have time to thank them at the end. Can't remember the names.

Someone teach me how to use the Veyron, I loathe that car

It's a bit of a 'blunt instrument'... not nice to drive, but bloody effective.

I've only driven it at Bathurst last week, and infield last night, but manged to get well insdie the top 10 at Bathurst, and just outside at Bluemoon.

It doesn't stop very well, and it doesn't like heavy trail braking... so you have to start your braking a bit earlier than you would in something like the Atenza, and get most of the braking done in a straight line... if you get it to the apex you can absolutely nail it from there - it's all about exit speed from there.

Also, doesn't need revving to the limiter.

So basically, floor it at the apex?

And instead of revving to the limiter, when do I upshift? Thanks :)
