Yes I'm going on instinct for braking at lot of corners at Catalunya, probably why I never went faster than a 1:45'7, well that and not avoiding the final chicane. Oh and just to highlight what a joke that is I raced the driver who was second at that time earlier (1:42'7) and in the race our pace was very similar as he wasn't cutting there, he was slightly faster but didn't start behind a load of others with fake times, that helped too no doubt.

Yeah TT is probably the best on this track. I got a 2:27.387 and every other car I tried was at least 1 second slower.

Same here, except the RCZ was close to the TT but still slower for me.

Thanks for the Audi TT tip for race B. I knocked off 2 seconds this morning. And had a decent race.

Watch out for the downhill 5th to 6th gear shift before the first Yamagiwa to Miyabi link. It's a trap.

The Atenza gr4 is also good for this track, not good as the TT for qualifying, but it's up there.

It's really a shame that this kind of things still happen. The reason that I didn't play GTS for almost a year. I come back, and there we go again.

Okay, checked and the outlap was not his fastest lap. His outlap was an 1:46:734, but he also drove an 1:46:950. The rest are 1:48/1:49.

It is confusing because first his 3rd lap was FL and marked blue, then his 8th (out)lap was FL and is not marked blue. After that his FL is lap 9, but doesn't get marked blue as well. Lap 8 and 9 are the only at1:46. The others are 1:48.

I shift a touch early there right as I crest the hill and the rpms rise as the tires come of the ground, break half way between the first two white lines and turn in at the end of braking while letting off, it’s near perfect for that corner, careful if your drafting though, brake a touch earlier.

I tried two races tonight and it’s not my night for racing, sticking to TT’s for tonight I think, the races were ugly. 2nd and 8th and my SR took a big hit down to B.

I thought I was going to hate Catalunya this week because this track is too slow for my taste. I actually won 3 out of 4 times on it

Wow, what a fast room I was just in, great clean race too and I finished in 8th but a mistery 5 second penalty put me all the way back to 14th at the end, I guess after the update today you can’t scrub penalties any more. I slowed at the finish line and it didn’t go away at all.

I won “daily” race a today, at fake C1 outer.
I like the TT. It’s a good car. It understeers though.
Got sandwiched inbetween a wall at lap theee, smacked another wall at lap 5 and lost first, then took it back in the final corner.
Cool that I won a daily with this car in the full game, since my first win in the GT Sport closed beta was with the TT, but at Brands Hatch Indy instead.
I want to do daily race c since Catalunya is awesome, but the corner cutting on the top 10 laps is turning me off.

Good Morning Europe, I just experienced to come up from 8th. place and all of a sudden I came to a turn and all cars were parked outside the track? Then I lost connection too. Happened four times this morning already so please remember to restart your PS4 after every race. I did every second race but still got disconnected in race two after restart...... Careful guy's.

We've had a few battles together and the honours are fairly even. Sometime I can get away from him and sometimes I just can't shake him.

Daily Race B, 18:30 room
Car used: Alfa Romeo 4C Gr.4

Qualified in 3rd using my 2:27.6 time set by said car, ended in a victory. The leaders in TT Cups all have their own incidents, with the red 2nd placed car driven by a Hong Kong guy getting divebombed by an outbraking Lambo Huracán driven by a Japanese after I made the pass on the TT stick on Lap 1 as we entered the hairpin that joins the two layouts together. And then there is the Aussie polesitter where he seems to not have the race pace as he was really slow on some sections that he held me up, until on the 2nd lap as we head into the fast left-hander (right-hander in the reverse version of this mega-track and the Miyabi forwards), where he just understeers into the grass. The Final Lap is where all of the action kicked off, as I was defending from a 458 by using its handling characteristics, and in the end I held on to secure my 24th win.
