This might be a little unpopular, but i'd like to see some of the GT League races from campaign mode as dailys.

For sure. Something we never get is Road Cars around full Maggiore, yet there are some of these races in GT League and it is really fun to drive.

I think because it's too long. Even the Atenza on Interlagos felt like it took forever and that was 2.05 or 2.06. Maggiore in Gr. 3 is 1.58ish (likewise Nurb GP hence we haven't seen this for N class either)

With 5 hairpins on Horse Thief giving the person behind you 5 perfect punting opportunities I have the feeling it will be more like "Krampus" day if you have someone behind you like our "special friend" :boggled:

Yeah I gather that's the reason, but is 2:30 ish is too long, then surely 20 second Northern Isle laps are too short too?

There are often laps just over 2 minutes for N cars (Dragon Trail, Yamigawa) so I don't think it would be too bad having a 2:30-2:40 lap involved too.

Plus, having longer laps means more unpredictability and more overtaking, as the short laps (Maggiore Centre for example from yesterday) provide no clean racing as everyone pretty much drives at the same pace due to it being so short that it is easy to be more consistent.

The shorter the lap, the more desperate people get to overtake, and therefore, stupid accidents happen.

Yeah I wouldn't mind it to be honest (and definitely better than Northern ****ing Isle :lol:), but the Daily A I think is supposed to appeal to people who want a quick race and to less experienced players who probably don't want 3 x 3 minute laps.

I had several clean races on Maggiore Centre yesterday :)

I guess everyone's different. The slower cars are also more unforgiving if you don't get it right. Slow laps or long races have never put me off. I liked racing a Chevelle on the Nordschleife for 25 laps in a previous version. ;) I'd be quite happy with 2h races!

Did race B. was doing well passing the carnage till I got stuck a couple of times in the middle of other peoples drama. Just not my night I guess.

In fairness, I never should have been matched with you... I'm a steady 22-25000 DR and started in 6th among with one S and 4 As ahead, and 3 As behind. It should have put me in pole with a grid of Bs :lol:

Haha, well I've only recently gone from a B to an A, so that could help explain us being matched together; perhaps you're not too far off either :)

Me too, check out this GR.1 race from the Monza daily the other day, with Oscaro_Ugo and TX3_Devil, both on the Top 10 Stars leaderboard at the time!

That glitch for willow springs is not new. When i was doing one of the in game races a few months ago at Horse Thief i screwed up and ended up driving down hill expecting to get re-spawned. The game let me turn and slide sideways onto the track below and keep on driving.

I'e been saying this for months!!!

Heck even pick one a day to be online. Make sure they are all BoP races, and disallow down-tuning or up-tuning to get into an N-class.

As for today's races, ya...no....I'm not even going to try any of them. I put in a lap on Horse thief mile and that's it for me.

I raced you in one of the races that you used the FT-1 :gtpflag: it was the race you came 5th, I was ahead of you for the first 6 or so laps then you passed me (purple Beetle). Was a good battle :D. Congrats on getting a win 👍

Thanks but yeah... only because I knew it was you :lol: even so, I had two minor scrapes (nowhere even close to being bumps) in that race and got a neutral SR - was very disappointed.

Enjoying the Lancer on Alsace. Have a nice qualytime for B S with 2.00,8 but all is going not quite so good. No big mistakes but tiny moments and people getting annoyed because of misunderstanding. Nothing intentionally.

Like letting someone pass but he did not understand. So he braken way too early and so did I. Cars behind us followed to soon.

Also one driver had lag problems which he didnt know. I put it in chat hope he saw it.

Different thing on straight I am getting passed almost he goes to right I go left but because I watch mirror I go right as well and go back to left while he is going left also and it looks like I am blocking him. He thinks i am changing my race position (can do that only 1 time) but I saw the mirror and went wrong side twice....

Those kind of things.

Meaning nothing but looks terrible.... sorry all guys .... despite that having a wonderful time racing !

I spent a good 2 hours trying different Gr.4 cars for Tokyo today. Fun actually. Ended up with a satisfying 2:08.9 qualifying time. Problem is... Turn 1.

First race, knocked back to 6th place.

Second, knocked down to 3rd, and guy goes on to win the race after slamming me into the wall.

Third race, I won, but had to chase the entire time. Some people really aren't that bright. Blocking me on the main straight when I have slipstream advantage. If we take turns slip streaming, we might actually catch the leader????

Interestingly, someone crashed after the chicane and didn't turn into a ghost. I couldn't avoid, crashed straight into them. Lost 3 places, as I was turned into a ghost. Hahaha. This game sometimes makes no sense.
