Can't play the video at work but did you use any brake balance as I assume TC 0, CSA etc off?

I used BB at 0, TCS 0, No other DA’s. This car just runs really well if you’re light on the throttle, I think I see why @KONTRAone likes it so much now. :)

I feel like learned a ton from the Honda last week about throttle control that is making these laps possible today. Down to 47.228 now. There is only One Single tenth between me and Lester now, this could be the week. :D

I had my BB set at Rear 4 when I hit my best time. Nicely done!

Thanks, I’ll give that a shot to see how it goes, I haven’t tinkered with BB yet. :)

You DNF tho was that to kill SR? Bummer you left I finally managed a win and clean race.

I got passed by a veyron and a TT but held on to their tail pipes. Both passed me fair and clean. No body else close enough to challenge. Then last lap last corner 1 and 2 get into each other and first place gets a penalty. I was able to get past 2nd as he lost momentum and while I crossed the line on 1st place bumper his penalty cost him the race as I walked away with the W

Yeah I entered the race before going outside. Had some snow removal to do myself lol. Playing with the kids outside in the driveway, rebuild our hill again they can sleigh down onto an ice covered driveway. They got bored, back inside at their laptops, me back to racing.

Hmm still 8 points to shed, I'll drive backwards a few times in race A, that should do it. Or maybe not, as it won't update in time for the 1:30 race so I won't be starting as SR.E to test the full boost. Guess I can simply quit after finishing to still get the -5 SR and do my test at the 2 pm race.
 
The Beat was kinda fun lol stacked up a good mount of wins with it. Sooooo touchy through the chicane holy moly but great when you get it right

Yeah Pigems I watched a replay of yours and I have to say I hate you very much lol guys like Jim Clark, annoyingly smooth on controls, seemingly uneventful until sector times start coming in and the slow inputs are super fast..

My abilities on the DS4 are not even close to that good :/ I hate you

Hi guys, been doing a couple Daily C races today with a 1:59.124. Definitely a one stopper with main way of overtaking being fuel saving to jump others in the pits.

Any hints regarding Brake Balance and taming the brutal oversteer on throttle?
Definitely need to work on my half throttle skills.
Suzuka seems pretty slippery this week, or is it just me? Might be the winter season plus evening time... :confused:

Doh that didn't work. I triggered 3 SR Downs, starting in reverse in race A, then let the field pass and started racing one lap down. Best way to race ever!!! Now one can hit you :cheers: Blue flag ghost racing. Unfortunately those 3 SR Downs didn't mean much, still gained 10 SR :banghead:

In race A, you have the option for wet tires. Put those on, and make sure ABS and TCS are off. 👍

I agree, think it’s more slippy than usual! I used -5 for more stability to get used to the track and then for my fast lap was -3 for better entry. The lift off oversteer is where the Audi gets all its lap time IMO.

I gained 1 second straight away after watching the replays, I noticed everyone is driving cautiously through sector 1 whereas I was trying to throw it in like an F1 car.

I did some backing up, reversing into the pit trolling the auto-drive and still finished 7th, gained 4 places without completing a single lap :lol: Never left the start straight. Back to SR.1, now a clean race at Suzuka to see how much that's worth. I guess I'll go for a short shift no stop in the Lexus.

2:03 B/C driver on pole. Nah, not here to go for a win. Avoidance mode [on]

Thx, gonna try that. I am back in the Audi now, after first discarding it as too unstable and going 911.
As soon as I texted about "half throttle" here and was taking it slow(er), things went much smoother and better...

Well, no stop sucks. Extreme short shifting required, doing the esses all in 5th gear and then the tires are still over half gone at the end. My fastest lap was only a 2:08 with most 2:10. I got bumped from behind once in the last turn, no SR Down, still SR up for that sector, and in the final lap I got spun out by a car out of fuel briefly de-ghosting in the hairpin to push me out from behind. I didn't leave the road though and he got the SR Down, SR up for me for that sector.

The score +60 SR for that race!!! :lol::lol::lol: From 1 to 61.
 
Man, I took a longer break just to come back today. Got destroyed two times in race B (SR down to A) and when I tried to recover my ratings, I got 2 disconnects in a row.
Motivation already gone...

Also, the META car guys still annoy me.

Actually it was pretty fun to drive in my blue flag race :dunce: Never again though, DT: Seaside in my blue Huracan. Somehow it feels faster than GR.3 on Suzuka (no surprise when doing most of the track in 5th gear to spread the fuel out lol)
 
With the front wheel drive there are situations where its best to coast or use very little throttle/brake to get through the turns. You're just asking to much of the front tires and the cars will start to push.

You would be surprised how much rotation you can get by letting off the brake.
 
I dont have the emotional control for this stuff.......

This track when you get pushed off or into dirt some places there is no recovering, lose 5 spots in an instant and all momentum gone, they walking away and guys behind coming fast.

Im getting frustrated and whats even more frustrating is I can't break my hand on some of these guys face they love this internet crap
