I've always liked Interlagos... that and Maggiore for some reason I just get on well with. Especially in the higher SR rankings it is good racing... in C or D it's a joke, people just plough through you at T1.

especial with group 4 for me....... love it

Scirocco Gr. 4 any chance?

Yesterday ,for the first time ever (unlike games like Call of Duty) I could hear the sound dropping in and out while I was waiting in the lobby and the framerate was crunching a bit. Normally I don't have connection issues so perhaps its pre-update? That said I got the fastest time got pole and won my first race ...about time ha ha only taken 37 races. What made it sweeter was it was in a crap car ha ha the Copen RJ 🤬:gtpflag:

So, I guess Gr.4 interlagos is M4s only again!?

I'll give it a shot with my Mustang in a few hours. It's one of the most enjoyable cars for me right now. Or the Viper, 458 or even the Jag :)

I've seen a Megane running decent times but yeah the M4 is just quicker than the other cars. Even top drivers are at least half a second a lap off the pace in other cars like the Viper. I gave the 458 a quick go but the M4 is at least a second a lap quicker.

Citroen GT for me... give it a try

Citroen sounds good! Everything thats not FW drive actually :D

👍 I just tried a few different gr.4 cars out last week and it clicked for me... seems to turn in nicely, grip is good, acceleration solid. Was funny on Yamagiwa + Miyabi the other day, seeing the Meganes and Sciroccos going wide due to understeer whilst I go nicely over the apex

A few days ago on Interlagos Gr. 4 an Italian (TeamRedline_Enzo?) was by far the fastest in the Atenza, so I think the Atenza should be competitive to the M4 there, and easier to drive for the RWD spin out guys like me...

I didn't like the Atenza when I tried it on Nurburgring GP on the weekend... felt a bit boaty, like driving a large sedan on a race track. Oh wait...

I have used the TT but it was slower than the viper , i've not found a go to Gr4 car yet that I like to drive consistently.

I am a C driver and found that qualifying in the front is much safer versus when I was a D and qualified mid pack on Interlagos. I've watched numerous replays where the front group is nice and safe and on their merry way, but when I pan back to the middle of the pack it is complete and utter chaos!

Ha! So true... if you qualify in first and nail the first bend then you are away whilst the others tussle. Mid pack is a nightmare, especially when everyone tries to find braking space at said bend.

I found myself at Brans last night with A drivers in my C & D Group, managed to stay up the field and got 2 third places and a forth , midfield looked carnage in the mirror and looking over to paddock hill bend.

ASM is the red light with skidmarks that flashes when you get a bit loose its about the cars stability its always been there in GT like Traction Control. Its better off. CSA is flicking the wheel in the opposite direction to prevent the car going in a flat spin/skid ...which it is more prone to do with with TCS and ASM off...at least with CSA you have a chance of recovering instead of yellow flagging in the middle of the track while every one drives through you

You should switch them over

I'm done with Interlagos. Just not a fun track. Late apex/decreasing radius turns are the worst.

Anyone do the 4C Gr.3 Road car at Kyoto on Monday? By far the worst racing experience I have ever had. started 5th, punted to last, cleanly fought back to 4th, punted back to 12th, finished 8th. and this was a room of A/S.

Interlagos and Maggiore def 2 of the better tracks...all about skill in turns not all about using fastest car all the time like other tracks...

Maggiore and Interlagos ...strictly for the turners not burners...skills are a prerequisite - sometimes all out speed just won't cut it

Want to hear something funny.

So I was practicing with the KTM for the one make race and smashed the #1 qualifiers time. This also worried me because for me to beat that time I'm thinking I've got the grip bug now. So I'm all ready to go qualify and then see they have BOP turned on. What the hell why have BOP on in a one make race. I was so bummed but happy at the same time. I don't have the grip bug but I'm still not fast enough to crack the top 10. 1:59.738 is my best.
