Gonna try Cayman GT4 and try to get in DR B...

UPDATE:

Matched only with B S, I was only C S!

Made it to 3rd and promoted to DR B!

Lot of mistakes in top 4, but clean...

I lost my chances to win in 3rd lap while avoiding two cars in front and finishing on grass.

I qualified just behind you in 2nd and past you when you touched the grass, then I messed up on lap 3 losing the lead. Good race nonetheless

I love Brands Hatch GP. I don't know how anyone can get bored with this track, even if it's a one-make in the Gr. 4 Cayman.

The fun part about Brands is that you can always go faster, until you completely lose it and crash. There's not a lot of room for error, so it's the perfect example of risk vs. reward. More than most tracks, I find myself having that mental debate of pushing the pace to catch the car in front (or creating a gap behind me) or trying to maintain position and not make mistakes.

Though I am not run fast at Brands. I love the layout and the always tight battle around. As a one make race, it is purely skill and risk competition. Good mix.

A day of offline racing it is then.

I swear, since I got my Playseat Challenge last week, there has been little reason to use it on GT Sport this week!

Miyabi in a swift should be nice and simple *sigh* Got to love when the penalty system has a fit.. someone decides not to brake into the hairpin at, takes me and one other out, gets the place.. he doesn't even get a warning, I get 10 SR points docked.

I think the above races were from someone just having a guess. :sly:

The actual races are:
Swift at Tokyo Central
Gr.4 at Suzuka
Gr.1 at Yamagiwa

Many good drivers are members here, nice, world is small :)

Despite it wasn't long, it was very good race - I'm sure it would be even much better if was in C program, with 10 laps...

That was my first real touch touch with Cayman, after some Mission I think, and it acts quite different than others Gr. 4 cars I'm usually driving.

* That isn't a guess as I posted it as the races switched over, which was 2:30pm for Race C (group 1 at Yamigawa) and 2:40pm (Race A and B).

I realise that, as it's the same as mine.
The one above it is though.

And your post didn't say that when I read it and then began typing.
It only mentioned the Gr.1 race.

GR.1 at Yamigawa should restore my SR after a day of draft bumping, it's currently at 38, C I guess. I've been S to E and back to B yesterday. The races were all clean no matter what SR I was racing in, although that was racing with the top 3. Fun cooperative races, managed to outwit most of them, 9 out of 11 wins in a day by escaping at the right time using a back marker or by wearing my opponents down in fuel. I did lose 30.7K DR from the SR cap reset, regained 12.4K from the wins, dynamic day.

It's a shame the game doesn't condone draft bumping and you have to get to lower SR for people to join in. I wonder what that full room of S/S and A/S drivers thought of my A/C result lol. 88 points down in one race. They didn't mind me giving them a push to get ahead.

Finally this is a cool selection! Thank you PD for not set another boring races.

Race C - Group 1 at Yamigawa 12laps (x6 fuel and x12 tire)
Race B - Group 4 at Suzuka 3laps
Race A - One make Suzuki swift at Tokyo Expressway Central Outer Loop

Nice!
I screwed up two times in the FIA race on Suzuka yesterday. So today is my redemption....hopefully :)
Race A is a waste though. Race C? Guess I'll give it a try too, that sound fun :sly:

Going to Suzuka Gr.4, I think I won't be using Huracan or Italia this time...TT or 650S I guess.

Stream is here:

UPDATE:

So I did races both in McLaren and Audi.
In first started seventh and finished seventh - it could be better but I don't know car so good yet.

In second, that was first time I di two in one day - and was in row, I had a pole with TT and lead about 80% of race... But, heart beats too fast and I'm doing mistake.
FL gone by about 0.0050

What I know is that my speed is ok, but pace and mental strength, definitely not.

Gr4 at Suzuka is nice. But yet again another day without a proper Gr3 race.

Yes but only 3 laps, it's too short, needs to be 5 or at least 4. Gr3 is being shafted by Gr1, not that I'd race at that track in any case.

So I did a Daily race around Kyoto with Gr.1 cars and I was looking for an anti Bugatti/Porsche Gr.1 car. So I had 2 million credits so I decided to buy a Alpine VGT Gr.1. During the qualifying I managed to get third with the Alpine but as soon as the race begun, the Porsches and Bugattis started dominating. Luckily I kept my ground but dropped to 5th as a result.

I could've placed 4th or 3rd if it wasn't for an Aussie that punted me twice on the corners whenever I get close to him. He was driving a Porsche.

But looks like this will be the last time I get to do Daily races since today is the last day of Sony's free multiplayer weekend promo (I don't have PS Plus sub). Overall the two days including today, it was fun and convinced me to subscribe to PS Plus once I get enough money. And also the Blue Moon 25 lap race is my favorite since it was more of a proving ground for newbies like me who's doing Sport mode the first time.

Looking forward to race in the following days once I get a PS Plus sub.

12 laps of Mount Panorama in Gr.1 sounds excellent! Shame I'm not able to get on :(
The Ferrari in Race A should be on Sports tyres, imo, but I understand that they're striving for accessibility.

It's Suzuki Swift at Tokyo Outer, and Gr 1 at Yami. The other person was guessing
