Why does PD feel the need to always change **** that doesn’t need to be changed and of not change the things that need to be. Maggiore what in the hell did they do to it. It’s a greasy PoS track now Running a full second + slower than my previous best time Thanks PD keep F’n up the junkyard

Did a couple of Brands Hatch races. Saw someone named GTP_Randy who I assume is from here, even went side-by-side with them down Hawthorns bend with no drama (though I got the losing end of that deal).
That was an intense few seconds for me. I started to back off and fall in behind you but figured since Hawthorn bend was a high speed turn and fairly wide we could make ok. I was sorry to see you fall back. I enjoy side by side racing, I just don't always have the balls for it.
That was the first Gr.3 race I've done in a long time. I usually do the race A cause their quick and I can get 3 or 4 in during the short time I have to play.

Hopefully we'll get to race again. I'm usually on around 3:30am till about 5am est.

I think I may have raced with you previously. Is your PSN the same as it is here? I go by nog3861. Your handle seems familiar as I am typically on between 4am-530am EST

Well, got my first ever "Error" message and was booted just as the warm up was completed. Dang.

Yep, it's the same. Send me a FR. I can remember people on my friend leader board but hard for me to remember people I race with. Age is taking a toll on my memory.

Well I was a bit over-cautious about bumping you off at the bend -- I've seen that happen too many times, and in fact someone divebombed me there in the next race and I barely recovered -- and since I was running in cockpit view I didn't have as good of an idea how far I was from you, so I put two wheels in the dirt and lost a bit of speed. No big deal, I knew you had the faster pace so I didn't mind letting you by. Close, accident-free racing is almost more satisfying than placing well.

For being your first Gr.3 race in a while you did really well. Very smooth lines. Hope we get to race again as well! I'm on the west coast so sometimes I'm up that late (more than I should be).

I take back all the nice things I said in defending the GTS penalty system, the disaster that was Gr.4 Monza tonight took my SR rating down from S to C in a few short races. Pretty much all collisions (not all mind) were completely not my fault or were small bumps or general dirtiness from other drivers. Couldn't get a single clean race in, a few time managed clean until the last lap when someone would decide to run me off track or turn into me when I had the line to corners.

Went onto the Gr.3 race for one afterwards, thinking I could spread out and just build up some clean SR at the back, but kamikaze drivers destroyed that notion. SR S to SR D in one day, gonna take ages to build that back up again.

Didn't help I was using a new rim, the 599xx, so took some getting used to, but never had such a bad day racing before.

That race must have been a demolition derby!!! Wow!

I also got Monza´d again. Went down from SR99 to SR64 in one race. Started on pole but didn´t survive T1. Surprisingly for me I didn´t get the 40k reset (but I think someone already mentioned that SR 60 is the threshold for the reset). Well, now I belonged to the 5 or 6 DR S SR B drivers (not proud of it although its very rare ;)).
I should have learned from my previous Monza experience or at least quit when I saw the starting screen with me only SS (+2 or 3 AS, rest BS, CS). But I thought lets give it a try, they are all SR S. No way, T1 divebombed from 3rd placed driver, then deliberately pushed off while passing and so on...
Monza with this penalty system is 🤬 done for me.
Went to Race C to have normal races and rebuild SR. 1st race I started on pole in front of 4 Spanish flags and mixed DR and SR lobby again :nervous: :nervous: :nervous: . But all worked out well, 2nd placed driver didn´t push too hard in T1, although I was searching the breaking point after starting from pole with full loaded car.
Did a 2nd race from pole again, was third after T2 due very aggressive 2nd placed driver. But avoided contact what was the main goal for rebuilding SR. So I didn´t want to risk any penalty  and was following the cars in front and saved a lot of fuel, after pitstop I was 1st and finished with >8sec lead. Back to SR 93 at least .
Anyway penalty system needs to be fixed, cause I would like to race clean but not like a chicken. In the 2nd C-race I would be able to go 1 or 2 sec faster per lap, but was afraid to pass cause of penalties/negativ SR which I could get if the other driver is not happy when get passed...

Finally get 35th win today :D (Should join another morning race for to get another win I guess) one thing in my concern after Brands hatch race GR.3 and current Maggiore Gr.3, did all bumpy boys go to AMG? I mean it, almost every race I join with AMG included almost guaranteed race come nasty.

And what with this penalty  losing 8 point SR cause this thing, yes I miss the brake but he totally safe run faster than ever

I hope Lancy stay bit underrated for sometime in future just love throw this car on track like Z4 back then.

I think the trick with Monza is to qualify around P4, go wide at the first chicane, hang back and then pick your way past the carnage. once you get past that first chicane leaving the broken bodies of the fallen trying to get moving again behind, you're golden.

But then you have the 2nd chicane and the Lesmo turns. I've started in almost every position on Monza, and it's an absolute crap shoot at the start. No matter if it's ratings of D/E to B/S. NO ONE knows how to deal with the first half of the track on lap 1.

I'd like to see standing starts come in for Monza, and see how that works.

Last weekend I started Monza as a B/B driver, come the change of circuits I had lost over 11K DR points and was demoted to DR/D, and was a an SR/E. Some of the penalties were ridiculous, and the lack of awareness of other racers was scary.

Passed on the Daily races, only did some Q laps thanks to https://www.jasonguernsey.net/gts/fia where i can check up on myself and my form. I think that site adds some value to the game, that imho should be implemented in the game itself. How good are you really compared to the rest of the world.. What is you record on this track, and what did others do. Because when the Daily races are nothing for you, you can browse Decals etc, do some time trials, go look for a lobby or thanks to Jason, you can do Global Time Trials..

So what did i do instead of the daily races...?

Some people should really get set apart to their own servers.. This is dr A-C high sr A..
Dropped 1k dr and 20Sr inn one race:boggled:
Sry for quick potatocam xD

Wow, looks like a good pinball game not car racing. I feel sorry for you
