You might be better off going to the retailer you bought it from, as that is who you have a legal contract with. You should be able to get a repair/replacement through them, especially if you can find other cases of this problem happening and even without that, it breaking in the first year should be enough. Depending on the retailer though it could be easier or harder than going through Logitech but you have the law on your side in this case.
Thanks mate, well I did get it from Currys/PC World and on their receipt it states they can help if theres a fault within 30 days?
I need to provide Logitech with a serial number tonight which I will do. It's at the base of the wheel so I have to dismantle it to give them that info as it's currently fixed to my playseat challenge!
