Today has been a bit of a mixed bag. Took one look at Race C and went "Heck no! " . It's not a bad combination per se, just totaly crap for me. I can see me having to work of a couple of minutes of penalties and my SR going from SR/S to SR/B in one go. So I did Race A... 3 times
! I may have mentioned it before, but I'm an idiot
. I couldn't better my qualifying time from the first race, so I started P6, P7 and P4 respectively, all on grids of DR/D, SR/S.
First race starts ok, I manage to get through T1, then some joker pushes through on the esses up the hill and knocks me off the track and into the wall. Orange SR and 6s time penalty
. I drop back many places, and just as I'm getting up to speed and unghost, I get rammed again and spun. Another penalty. I started to make up some ground when I braked too late for T1 and slid sideways into the wall with a loud crash. Needless to say I finished last. That should have been a hint to give up, but I was disappointed, so I had another crack at it

Second race and I came to realise these guys have no regard for anyone but themselves. This wasn't just a lack of control, this was derby. And this was a holy race, I was sharing the track with Moses! Well at least that seems to be who he thought he was
. Tried to part the red sea.. of Ferraris. He pushed between two that were about 3/4 of a car width apart. They spun out then he hit the two next cars. They didn't spin out
. One orange SR near the end and penalties. Finished P10 (2nd last).
3rd race and I tried to play it safe and stay on the track. I did get bashed about, pushed off track, but generally drove better. Finished P8 with no penalties. I decided to call it quits and move on to BB.
I'm taking the Ferrari back to the dealership
. It's clearly defective. None of the driver aides work, the brakes are faulty and it smells like week old tofu! It's criminal negligence to put this death trap in the hands of a novice

BB was a kind of comedy. Try as a might, I just couldn't get my best time, which was with the Supra . I couldn't even match it *with* the Supra!
Qualified P10/16 with the WRX. The grid was DR/D, with the exception of a singe DR/B and one sorry looking alien on pole.
The auto drive drops in the middle of a turn and off we go. Got pushed around a bit at T1 and just tried to keep my nose clean. A few times at various tuns I had people trying to push me aside or use me as their brake. A coupe of times at T1 i had someone come careening in like they figured I'd keep them off the wall if they slammed into me. I dropped the throttle momentarily and ghosted, and they drove through me and slammed into the wall
. Finished P9 with no penalties and a clean race bonus 👍.
After the 4 races, my SR is on 99, my DR has dropped to 522. Another day above DR 1

I always found the 6 to 8 races in lobbies kinda boring, from 10 up it started to get going. Sometimes it happens that you only race with 9 people in a daily race due to the server disconnecting half of the people at the start or there just aren't enough people to fill a daily A. Those races are a lot more dull. Less chaotic for sure, yet not as much fun either.
