Have had no time to improve the race a qualy, but must say that there was some change in physics.
Noticed it with miata and when tested the new red bull on sarda track. Really like how the cars react now. Also the ffb in t300rs feels better.
Red bull feels quite a challenge at sard A. But its still fun... second last corner will be carnage in race thou. :lol:
I think I got 1:25.xx time with RS tyres. Lots of mistakes, so 1:23 is competative?
 
My experience of Le Mans gave me a little day trip to SR A

If you're .500 back at, well, any corner, don't go for it. Really don't go for it when it's turn 1 at Interlagos.

I think he was the recipient of a late brake or something similar, the person that got the penalty is known to be a clean racer so I’m sure it was an accident. :)

I'm back to SR A thanks to two clean race Bs from the back and a mostly clean race C!

Lm55 TC2, short shift until halfway through lap four then MAX ATTACK and i eat positions without sweating. DR sliding a little but a pattern has been established of getting bumped down to C and then getting poles and wins immediately and put back up. My skill must be right on the border right now.

How to improve... Carbon fiber chair? Aerodynamic haircut?

I've gone for the aerodynamic haircut option. Grade 0.5 back and sides, and a two inch wide mohawk that's getting grown as long as possible for headbanging/windmilling purposes.

Brushed back, it's almost like a racing stripe.

Currently wondering if a thin line down the centre will be worth a few tenths . .
 
Finished 9th in that one, got off to a rough start and then got a small punt at one point, nothing malicious or anything, seemed accidental. One more try here. :)

I'm thinking of having my nose and tongue removed. Those senses really aren't much use for racing - wasted weight.

Was just in that lobby with you lol! Saw you battling up to 9th while I went from P2 down to P14 after missing my breaking point and got too eager on the gas which put it in the wall on the 1st lap :lol:

Oh god, THIS guy...
  1. You deliberately punted & pit maneuvered myself & several others in the few races before at all of the chicanes with you're bright pink R18 troll car , then followed it up with xenophobic ranting in post-race chat around the topic of brexit (all of which has been reported by the way).
  2. You're the only person I punted, reason being is you punted and pit maneuvered me several times knowing that I was quicker in order to desperately stay ahead and be an annoying troll in your bright pink R18.
  3. Your fastest lap was a 3:36 across all of the races you were in, while everyone who you were punting & pit maneuvering (including myself) into the chicanes were lapping in the 3:26-3:29 range, (incidentally I racked up 5 fastest laps today).
If you're that mad at people for being 8 or more seconds faster per lap than you, then maybe you should practice and get better, a much better solution as opposed to deliberately having a bright pink car, ramming them all off the track and blowing a hissyfit as if you're innocent on an internet forum.

I was P5 in that one then I lost it at T8...I don't know if it's just me but M6 has terrible traction out of the corners and I find the spins very unpredictable :confused:

I didn’t have much luck in that one either. I’m doing Race C next, you should jump in!! :)

I tend to stay away from the Gr1 cars cause they tend to ruin the game for me. I get use to their speed then when I go back to racing the Gr2-Gr3 (which I enjoy the most) I find them too slow and annoying and then I have to get use to them again :p

Impossible, as I have only used the R18 in one race this week. I have been using a different car each race trying to use them all once and therefore not chasing a time, instead I am trying to increase SR. I painted the R18 pink ages ago and didn't have time to change it. I have found people don't care what colour anyones car is.

After the race I asked you why you were so dirty and you said "lol 3:36 slow", and you also seem to think I was trying to be the fastest. If that were the case I would have set a qualifying lap by Saturday and wouldn't have been using Fuel Map 6 down the straights or pulling over to let you and others pass. Despite this I kept passing you as you got yet another penalty, but not from any contact with me.

I vaguely remember posting something the other day taking the mickey out of Brexit, I voted remain, and I don't believe I posted anything xenophobic.

Yeah, that made it look like you were just waiting for people in order to ram them, this is probably a better option, it's what I've been doing:

Fuel Map 3 for when the car is using hybrid to accelerate (so whenever you're under 140mph), then switch to 1, then back to 3 when you reach 190mph and stay in 3 till the next time you're back over 140mph under acceleration.

Stay in 3 for the entire section from Virage Porsche to Ford Chicanes, and if you can get away with it, the entire rest of the lap from Indianapolis.

It usually leaves you in a position to use 1 for the entire last two laps.

Oh crap. I was trying to stay out of the way on the side in the chicanes, but it's hard to stay out of the racing line, not sure where to put myself but if someone was alongside I left space round corners for people to pass. I've run out of fuel in Porsche esses several times this week out of 21 races as I would have over 2 laps fuel left on lap 4 and turned it down to 1 and forget.

Found the LM55 my favourite so far. Not so big on Hybrids as they accelerate really well for a short boost, but it wasn't helping fuel economy. Those tips should help, thanks!
