Today's the first time I've placed since before the last update. Tried the new DB I actually like it, despite reviews on YouTube.

Anyway didn't read the rules for race C. Couldn't figure out why I suck so bad in qualifying. Ran like a 1:24.3. Said screw it then joined a race, then I seen the tire rules. I felt less dumb about my QT haha. Put down a 1:22.6 with the LCF on racing softs. Tried a few races and just kept getting punted. Couple Top 10's, worst finish was 12 so not terrible. My best was me first.

It's so childish to name call, but jeez Louise. Two bumasses in the C, D Race B races. One(RCZ) has a time behind me and the other(green Scirocco) is usually 3 -5 places behind me.

I got another okay player I used to see in the A/S races, is also down in the C rating. He greeted me. I told him to watch out for those two players. Sure enough, they strike again.

There was also a WRX blocker. That one got dispatched into Gundungaland on lap 2. The other two knuckleheads are going to get theirs next lap. They both got penalties for punting a Lambo and an NSX.

As I gain in the Scirocco, it tried to slow and brake check me before the PZ. Sucka, we both ghosted due to the low rating ghost function.

I finished 2nd and they finished 3rd & 4th. After the race, I type to P1, "told you". He says, "No respect". Then I said they both been dirty in all my races. He said he saw what they did during the race and it was unbelievable.

Maybe it's been mentioned before, those type players just live to ruin others races. They'll qualify just fast enough to wreck the leader's race and keep slower players behind. If they start P1, they still come out on top.
A viscous cycle/circle of cesspoolness.

Anyway, I'm still liking the diverse field of cars in the lower rankings.

Last week and this week I've only raced 4 times. I believe I'm leading to semi-retire. Ill race in future only the track courses I like. Ill race Blue Moon Bay Speedway next week that it. The remaining of this week is out. So will spend more time on woodworking I love. See ya at Blue Moon.

I am really torn between wanting to race and the experience i will get. Last night was another total destruction derby, cars flying everywhere, taking anti pushing lines and handing out my own penalties to people driving dirty. The real eye opener was my GT-R was FLYING on soft tires, even when they were worn.

So I become one of those second account people. Set up an account tonight as a US account to have a go at races I wouldnt normally do on my main. Doing 5 races at Monza to get my legs. Wow. I take back issues about my race C the other night. This is a straight up demolition derby in the B and C SR area. Tried starting from the back and got glitched once and wrecked on the straight the second time. Tried a qualifying lap and got punted so hard from p3 that I reset in the middle of the pack while they were still getting to the turn! I have to admit that takes quality. There are some things down here. Once I save my money and get a GR 3 car I will hit a race C to get my SR away from this fresh hell. Still quite fun knowing no one knows me and my chances of seeing them are slim once i get so.e SR. These people are crrrrazy.

Just had a race there with a DR B driver. Don't know how they got all the way to B SR as we had a fantastic 3 lap battle with slipstream passing and cut backs, side by side. All clean until he got a track limit penalty to end it. Pleasure having a race like that. Hope they keep getting clean races, they deserve it.

If you haven't done the Circuit Experiences, you may get lucky with a Gr.3 gift, after completing one of them.

Well, my down in the denizens ranking is back up to B/S. I just can't get the hang of tanking. Guess I love watching my clean replays so much.

Did a few to try my luck with that and get money for my cars. Just got N cars and a gr 4 mclaren and a gr 4 pug, so using that on Monza. I think I am going to level out back near my main rating fairly quickly if I get so.e race C tries in. Was soooooo close to finally touching DR A I just couldn't bring myself to tank yet. Want to try and get there once before I mess around too much. Although I struggle to rise out of my natural habitat of mid B too often

Gave the 458 a try in Race C. Rear tyres turn to mush. The cornering is quick, until the tires encourage you the grass needs mowing.

Jumped in Big Lex for the next race. The tyre wear consistency is what inspires confidence.

Did the 1H/9M/4S. All B/S room and players still not much spatial awareness.

Do the driving school, you get a car per section. Or if you got the Lewis Hamilton dlc on your main, run that for big money fast

Race C is a battle against the others anxiety, to get better results you need to be patient, let the anxious ones get trough, they will crash into somewhere else, brands hatch don't forgives. Keep a good line, you don't even need very good laps if you can stay the 14 laps fully on track.

I feel like im nearly at the end of the line with GTS as well. It’s not that I don’t like it anymore I’ve just been playing since launch day. Been spending some time with Nascar Heat 4 lately instead.

With the change to my schedule i have been playing less lately, i find i don't miss it as much as i though i would. Considering how much i have been playing the past year since getting the wheel. Day 1 (beta actually) player also....

On that note....

I got a few more races in after my last post yesterday. The decent racing continued and by focusing on staying clean i was able to just barely squeeze back up to sr S. 4 or 5 races in the 180 so far this morning and all has been good. Back up to 99sr with a couple wins and podiums along the way. Saw @Mc_Yavel in my first or second race, was nice to see you but it seems you got cought up in some chaos perhaps?

So I did manage to get the money up to get my Gr3 car on the alt and got the Mazda to head to Brands. Start 15 out of 16 on hards in a room with some D, mostly C, couple B and an A driver, all SR S, me listed as D/B. After I go cautious i am p8 as I pull in to pit end of lap 1:lol:. From there it is a matter of patience and spatial awareness as people are all over the place. End up getting a penalty as I get hit by someone missing their braking point, but nothing bad. Still ended p2.

Race 2 I am p11 of 13, same scenario only someone tries to do a swerve block heading into Sheene and loses it, but blames me for a punt after race:confused: oh well. Was p5 by end of lap 1. Go on to have a clean patient race after that and get a win.

All in all the change for me was I wanted to do well, but mistakes don't matter as long as I don't hurt anyone else. Drove better at Brands last night after a few quarts than I was doing sober earlier in the week. Still had people getting 20 sec penalties both races, half the field in race 1, 8 of 11 finishers race 2:dunce:. Good experience but don't know how much I will play on it.

Did a race last night. I crossed the line 2nd and the leader copped 20 seconds, 2 seconds "ahead" of me. I really should have shadowed the leader to stayy out of traffic. Lesson learned when starting anywhere in the top five(as long as I don't get punted.

Note to self: never race dailies during the weekend when FIA races are in. Hard to find dirtier races - had 3 races, dropped 3K DR after got wiped out at least twice in each race.

Don't know if I will race dailies next week, experience at Monza with SF19 was horrendous and T1 at Spa is again a hard one if there will be a grid start. BMB seems that might be fun, but I am not that interested in short races anymore.

Decided to go through the battlefield called Monza.
In the first race, something amazing happened: no one killed each other at the first chicane! ... We saved that for the second chicane. :grumpy: So I get punted, but the guy who did it was nice enough to give me back my position. Next lap, I get a shortcut penalty and serve it. Fell a few positions.
First place overshoots the first chicane, and makes a super awkward re-entry, which results in a small collision. That gave me a 3 second penalty and lost 7 SR. Eventually finished 2nd.

Next race, it was cleaner in the front. Turned into a 1v1, and I just HAD to mess up in the final lap, which gave 2nd place an open window to take 1st and win it.

I was only there for the memes, and I got it, so it was a good day overall.

That's the thing, when the majority are RC Z and a different car in the middle, the RCZs out back feel they'll lose the train, if they don't get rid of a non-RC Z.

SO, now, it's about not being that car on the outside of any corner. Plus, I'm really hating the cut in front before the braking zone. Even Cutting in front in after an overtake.

Everyone are full speed. Everyone want to keep that momentum. Slowing up leads to a freight train of cars when someone does that cut. Just hold the dang line!

I always give room. I always make way. I don't like to drive with the elbows out.

Can't wait to see who punts me in this next race.

Did 4 races at Brands. Went with the M6 just to see how it drove around Brands Hatch. I'm really surprised by how well it runs on Meds and softs. Dropped my QT down to 1:22.36x.

Tire wear was fairly manageable. First race went 6/5/3 from Med, soft, to hard. I had no idea how tire wear world be with it. My logic was Meds to keep with the pack the first laps then softs, followed by hards when the car would be the lightest with less traffic. Worked Ok but getting punted early burned up my med tires. Finished 4th.

Last three races: went 4 laps hard, 6 med, 4 on softs and my results were better. Considering I qualified from 12th to 17th. Managed to gain between 5 to 7 places per race. Dr is up to just under 30k now.

My strategy was to fight for nothing until the last few laps, if you caught me I let you pass. I still managed to get punted on the first lap every race. Most people who passed crashed out or I drafted with, up thru the pack. I seen a lot of people take others out on purpose.

Is it just me or does the M6 tear up the front tires? No problems with the rear, BB set to +2 to the rear.

Hey, looking to try and get a couple solid races at Brands on my main account, but question for the America racers, how rough are your saturday night lobbies? I know down here it seems to be the nastiest time but also the most likely time to get favorable lobbies as more people are on. Good, bad or just luck of the draw?

Mostly bad Saturday night. It will calm down in about 2 hours, or rather there will be less people on, thus higher skill spread and less contact. It's 11:20pm EST now, but the west coast is only 8:20pm.
Cool, thanks, I won't be on for my own account until about 2 am EST and wouldnt be aiming for NA races till after that. Who knows what I will find.👍

At 3 am Saturday night? Mostly people high on drugs that can't sleep  I still see some of them when I wake up early on Sunday, 6 - 7 am race still has them, then it (used to) gets really nice Sunday morning until about 1pm est.

That is still only midnight over on the west coast. Does explain some of the driving and why no one was remembering to put on all 3 tire types.:boggled:

Just been trying to log on and I can't go in to sport mode? Can check my garage, whatever but it just stops when I try to click on race online. Going to have to try some things.

And I can go ahead and do things fine on my alt?

Ok, now it is working again. Wtf?

Don't forget those who are still up because they're binge watching an anime show(s). Ha ha hahh, that is definitely not me! .... :scared:

i am so pissed off. this bull **** stuff happens to me every race and I've had enough of it. The biggest joke of all was the only penalty i received was when SOMEONE ELSE bumped me off the track. pretty much done with anything but my usual gt3 lobby unless something changes. re entering the track and serving penalties is basic racing. check out these sick overtakes. if you dont like it then tough taters. btw this all happened in the first 2 laps of my only sport race today. tired of wasting my time.

just wtf

agaiiiin 3 corners later. just stay left to serve penalties and unghost ffs.

I got 5 seconds at ascari because of this dude. Enjoy the beach vacation. i didn't even think of touching the brakes and didnt get a penalty lmaooo

if you dont like it dont @ me because i dont care
