Can't wait for DTG this evening. Just been practicing with the Supra and Atenza. This and Autopolis are my favorite tracks in this game, in that order. St Croixe(all layouts) is the next.

I guess I love these unorthodox circuits. I never fall asleep when driving on them. Always busy.

So, with that brief amount of racing today, I tried to make the best of it. I set a slow QT & ran in 2 races in a C/A room.

As usual, I wasn't happy with my QT, so I knocked a couple of seconds off of it &.....

Whoa! I got promoted to a C/S room. And somehow got matched in a room where I was on the pole. 👍 And that was a great start, because I had a great finish.

Hehe, I did enter race C at midnight my time, but not in your region. In addition, aside from a crude form of English, I only speak Double Dutch, not Spanish (or is that Portuguese?) :p. But that is pretty funny (I had Google translate for me) :lol:.
 
15 positions gained in this crazy race. Haven’t done dailies in awhile but decided to jump in Race C once on no practice and no qualy. After almost dying a death of cold tires a couple times on the first lap I found a groove and worked my way up. It was super scrappy and I had to work hard for the positions gained, but tons of fun and a very exciting climb. Enjoy! :cheers:

 
Hi! Does anyone is so excited about new race C is coming as I am?:) Its beacause last time this combo was, I bought wheel, so now I can check if my driving skills improved:) Sad thing is Im in work after week off, so 8 hours and I will know...

You talking about fuji group.2? I remember when we had a daily C on fuji but with SF19 only.

Yes thats right Fuji gr2. Yesterday I did some practice laps and I was doing 1,31.5xx in Lex 16, so I think it will be challenge for me to do 1,30...
I checked my kudos stats and 3 months ago I did 1,31.569 so it seems Im not faster:)

Thrustmaster t150 ffb, my mistake cause "pro" version with better pedals was just a bit more expensive... And it has some technical problems and worked 3 weeks and then just died, but they send me new one and its working fine:)

Would you of bought the pro version if ya didn't make mistake? Is the wheel setup better than controller?

Oh yes I would buy pro version, about difference its like night and day...;) I was using controller since gt2 and used to it, so at first attempts using wheel it was hard to learn. But now its more fun, more immersion, more satisfying... Still Im learning to drive with tcs off, on gr4 I use tcs 1, on gr3 and higher I use tcs2... But no pain no gain;)
Onr more thing but probably most important: wheel gives you a way better precision than controller, it really gives an advantage in races where tire wear is on, on a wheel you can preserve them better...
If you thinking of buying a wheel, just do it, you wont regret:)

Could be time for me to bail on race C, or wait until more people enter. Getting run off track or simply pushed out of the way. Time to learn some other tracks like the gardens. Although I feel I will probably have the wrong car by picking ones I like.

A/S driver... So youre faster than me, Im B/S... Yeah, wifes doesnt understand that wheel in the house is same important like frigerator or washing machine:D
One thing that wheel is worse than controller is I cant race past 21(9pm) beacause of noise... Sometimes on the weekend she let me play race or two;)

lol, I was told the same thing, if I buy a seat and wheel then she will leave, its still tempting ;)
