Missed the 1st race. I wish I figured out how to use the 86 in time. Really wanted to do that race properly.

Tsukuba was frantic fun. Autopolis was as OK as could be. Laguna Seca... I need to work on.

So, about that 2nd bonus race start...um, yeah I don't think anybody except for 2 drivers got away untouched. Otherwise....

And it was nice that we could all take a group photo together.

That first RX-7 was mad, on the default setup the car slides if you touch the gas but is still controllable, it's not fast but it is bloody good fun!

I hopped in with remote play but the timing didn’t line up for me to get into the races. It’s pretty seamless though, way easier than I expected.

I’m on iOS though. The most recent update allowed you to connect a DS4 directly to the iPhone which then works just like you were talking to the PS4. But I switch to my Mac, they offer the app on there and Windows too, which is much nicer with the bigger screen. Dunno about Android support though.

Little bit of input lag, but it’s nothing major and I was still able to drive just fine.

On the qualifying screen, I counted 4 Porsches in a room of 15 drivers. Talk about being outnumbered.

4? my mistake... I thought there was only 3 . I went with the 'vette cause I wanted some seat time with it in prep for 15 laps at Bathurst next year. Which is also why I used it for the Autopolis races. The Gr3 cars do seem less squirrely under braking since the update.

I swore it was 4, but it's only trivia for us. Let's just say a small percentage chose Stuttgart over Bowling Green. And the Gr. 3 cars didn't feel much different to me. They still understeered like hell coming out of the turns at Crazyopolis. But at least the Supra felt better & faster to me than the Ford GT. I am still kicking myself over that second race on Friday night. I had a solid second & lost a podium to 2 drivers having a duel while they passed me ! I guess that tells how little I've been driving in the game over the last few weeks.

Just to let everyone know, I'm not keen on the race A for this week. Haven't bought the car, just not interested in FWD. As an alternative, I'll volunteer for pace car duties if Pigems wants to extend those races by a lap.
