Yeah, from now on, if you don't have the right car, just use the closet thing. No one will care. It will help to keep things moving along, so Pigems doesn't miss out on too much beauty sleep.

Brand Central is like Pokemon... gotta catch em all! Once i get the final 20mil Ferrari my collection will be practically complete. There's still the millage point only ones, and the rest of the colours for the Paris Hilton F1's, since you cant do *anything* to them, which is kinda stupid. It's almost as restrictive as the tyre choices the F1 car in GT3/4.
 
Tried to re-join. Room was full. Tried to use the chat but only works in mono. Said hey then realized people were racing.:O

Glad I got a few races in. Those were excellent. Hope the rest of the night is as fun.

I always thought the chat would mess me up while driving but it was actually pretty cool, we should do that every week. 👍

Most fun I've had with this game in ages.
The cleanliness of the chaos was a sight to behold at some points there lol.

Totes devo that my game crashed after race 1 and I couldn't get back in the lobby for Brazil, game needs 20 car lobbies damnit.

So did the party chat work smoothly then? I'll have to find my headset that I haven't seen in about 3 years and get it charged up for next time.

@Pigems do you put the replays up in your gallery?

Yep. I've already started looking at wireless headsets. I've got multiple Bluetooth earbuds, but my PS4 said it wouldn't let them pair. I guess that's one way to sell Playstation headphones. Back to the races, I only saved 1 replay tonight, but it was a good one.

I asked about the jumps Player. They're usually epic when Pigemsturk gets hold of 'em! :eek: :bowdown:

Yep Sony were total 🤬 about trying to make sure we couldn't use " unauthorized " accessories with the ps4. There are a small number that work but they're few and far between.

Poor form on my part, I was afk for the last race and started a half lap down.
 
Well that was certainly an afternoon to remember :lol:. Until that last race I wasn't aware that Spa was a rally stage :crazy:. It wasn't until I had just saved my livery that it occurred to me that it should have been on a Dodge :dunce:. At least I was driving it correctly :lol:.

I managed to prove once again I have no idea about Gr2 or street cars, and that any form of Tokyo is hateful :banghead:.

I thought about this situation & remembered a set of wired earbuds I bought last year that have an inline mic in it, so I'll likely try those next week.... instead of those cheap free ones that come with every PS4. They're like the cheap toy in a box of Cracker Jacks. :lol:

Total noob question but why does the PS4 mic have only one earbud?

I tried using it for the 1st time yesterday. Never thought I'd use it.

Couldn't figure out how to use the mic + get stereo game sound. Wish I could use my phone earbuds. I guess I'll keep my eyes out for a gaming headset. In the meantime hopefully I can learn to message better. :D

I was using the same one. I guess it's so you can still hear the race sounds coming from the TV with your other ear. Maybe. I'm not sure.

That makes sense. Didn't occur to me because I've never played without headphones. Maybe I'll try that. Thanks.

My headphone let me adjust the chat/game sound sounds levels, and on the PS4 you can set weather all audio or just chat audio is played through the headphones. :)
 
Going to have to try this out next time I get in there. Will be using the good PS4 standard crap ones. Actually had a decent plug in set audio wise come with my phone but the mic broke so i rewired and taped them up.:guilty:
 
Only got in a few races last night but man they were good. Thanks everyone.

I like the reverse grid starts now. Before I was too slow and felt like I was in the way. It's a solid challenge now. Race 2 at Interlagos was really fun for me. Started out front and managed to finish up front with action all the way. Gave my self a pat on the back for keeping up with all of you.
