Thanks for the replays, boy watching myself go round the DT hairpins is sad, was definitely feeling good in the mini though, was deploying my god moves... Chucking it through the needle on the straight... If I only hadn't gone wide those times, but hey, put me in a rally car, I will be magnetically attracted to the nearest gravel :)

@JohnEB looked at our little incident in race 2 a couple times... I was driving erratic with the boot stuck in most of the lap and actually pushed you off before the hit you apologised for... So it was me that put you offline for the last few turns. My bad - radar was very crowded and you snuck to the inside just as I was sawing at the wheel. Nice general lee livery :)

It’s all good! I don’t even think twice about those things. We are just having fun and it’s a great time getting to know you and everyone else.

@Pigems and I had an awesome near disaster in race c. Somehow we missed each other . I will have to go look at the replay to see if it was as crazy as I remember.

@SpaceMaN47y0 It’s all good man as long as you’re enjoying yourself, that’s the main thing.

@MaxAttack That would be cool, someone mentioned that before but I don’t think we had enough Euro folks at the time, but we are getting more now as time goes on so it could possibly work now. :)

Replays from last night are now shared and tagged GTP and WeeklyRaces. Great Racing by everyone last night!!

This was my highlight, especially after the display of rally racing I put out last week. All forward gears this week!! I guess @sturk0167 was right?

From a spectator point of view, the rally racing is way more fun to watch. 👍

Thanks for the races guys! I've only made it to a few of them here and there the past several weeks, but every one of them has been tons of fun.

Sorry again for the contact I made last night, forgive me for being aggressive. Usually when I join you all I've just finished racing in FIA and am still reeling from that intensity. If you've never tried those races, they are super intense and competitive. It's basically kill or be killed in many cases and any space you leave open will get filled immediately. I guess it can be hard to switch out of that mode and have a casual race, but it sure is a good way to decompress.

Look forward to joining you guys again! Thanks for hosting @Pigems

Is there room to enter into this still? I’m new around here and looking to get into some organized racing.

Sure man, just shoot me a friend request on PsN to CnF_Pigems so you can see the rooms when they open. Welcome aboard!!

It's a series of casual reruns of whatever the week's Daily Races without regional restrictions, so send an FR to CnF_Pigems (i.e. @Pigems) straight away!

i've toyed with the idea of trying to host some rally style lobbies off this forum, but not sure i have the organisational skills to put a decent series together or how much actual interest there might be; grB are criminally underused, ideally would race them at all three dirt tracks and a couple of the more public roadlike circuits, probably willow too for the giggles, then some of the classic rally cars on the same circuits, culminating in max power Stratos at Fisherman's ranch of course.

Again, not sure how i'd go about it or if I'm the right guy to be trying to organise things.

Wow, I made it home from work just in time to get in for Seaside! Tough day it was for me, wasn’t supposed to work but life called...Anyways,
I think I may have turned into someone at the bottom of the hill right hander on Seaside second race. I dunno what happened.
My daughter literally came running in right when I was braking and I may not have known anyone was there. I was the vet. My apologies.
Thanks @Pigems and all.
So glad I made it. Fun full lobbies and great racing!
Hehe, I believe that was me, Gibson Washburn...totally no worries at all. I did something similar. At the start of the reverse order mini race, my wife was talking next to me and I failed to brake. I hit a few people and fell back to last. I need a work shop off the house so I can have total privacy.

Guys, that was a lot of fun. I raced about half of them, then had to get started stripping my wood floors. Believe it or not, I just finished. What a major pain that was.
Hopefully I’ll see you all again next weekend!

It is amazing how trying to converse and race at the same time can distract you and throw one off of their game

Totally. I’m bad about that. Even when driving my car. If I’m into a conversation with the passengers, it’s likely I’ll miss my turn or something like that. When I’m focused though, I’m on my game.
Wouldn’t it be fun to watch a real race where the drivers had to have their wives in the car with them, talking to them the whole time.:banghead:

Especially if she is there to navigate and critique his driving!!!:lol::lol:

That would explain why in reverse grid mode, I was literally run off the road LMAO

It's all good. I have no business being in the front, but it was nice to be part of the fast pack for a little while.

Tons of fun.

Today I got up at 8 to start working, spent all day doing **** for other people til I sat down at 6 to do FIA... And got interrupted by my brother needing a hand. Walked out to meet him and came back at 6.59 and missed the next FIA window by seconds... Played some EDF for a bit and asked when food would be on the table... 8;45 - 9ish, perfect, queued up for Nations with plenty of time, chose my weapon, smashed a couple laps, went to qualify, it actually went well, p8, lined up to start... 3..2...

knock knock. Food on the table. 8:20. Guess i'll just turn the damn ps4 off. Couldn't physically have been worse timing.

up at 8 again tomorrow... But I ain't had a moment to myself all damn day so if you think I ain't coming racing with you boys then you're nuts....

see y'all out there

I’ve got a practice lobby up if anyone is interested. :)

My Dad is pretty much a gargantuan BS that only wants me to do gardening without any regard to my race...what an idiot am I...

4/6 wins for today.

I knew I would miss this weekend because of Mount Panorama, at some point I would have been a mobile chicane causing massive carnage.
