how do you get the dasin silvia in gran turismo 3?

There isn't a Daishin sponsored Silvia, to my knowledge, in GT3...Only the C-West/Razo.

The Daishin Silvia GT is in GT2-orange coloured.
Soz mate, Are you thinking of the one thats Silver with blue-ish Headlights. If So, like Midus said, Thats the C-West RÄZO Silvia GT-Which can be won in either....

Yep, the C-West is the only racing Silvia, ya might've been looking at a GT2 car-list when you saw it
