I'm curious how do you get this effect/shine on the wheels. Is it in game or is it a photoshop effect?

I think that are the bling rims, present in GT4 if I am not mistaken. Not sure though, because I never used it.

I've seen them a lot in photomode, but never got that effect my self.

Oh yes the bling rims. I've been using them countless times

They're purchased in the used wheels lot, so it can take a while before you find them. Do you know what they look like when not in motion?

You get the shiny effect when the light is cast in the right direction on the wheels. Swap 'em on, take a ride at NY, and you'll see what I mean 👍
