Just grabbed a Corsair 1500 for $50 it was 50% off at Frys.

Also grabbed a new video card (7850) to test triple screens. Not planning to keep it. Only for 30 days

Wow what a session, you missed it Stiggie. We raided Story and were up against 6 server-hopping players. We got all but one (disconnect) and had only one casualty (RIP newtdawg). 2 Bandit kills for lbo. Unfortunately they didn't have any good weapons. Nice headset! Meet up again tomorrow?

This session was amazing!!!!

Gonna be legendary when even more people join up.

My mic is a ps3 bluetooth mic, at first I was not quite chatty cause I couldn't understand you, so much static, just jaime was ok.

This was my Mcgyver solution as I switched the voive output to the surround.

Little summary on the journey for the people:
We wandered a lot, like always, raided a castle, then set up a second (or is it already the third) camp. Then we tried to get supplies, raided some buildings and supermarket. Lost a backpack on the rocks, regrouped and headed out to an army outpost.
Zed are really not the problem, even if it's the worst Zombies ever in a game or movie.
When we raided the outpost, we got pinned down by a sniper, who then disconnected (*****), then we regrouped and entered again, only to pinned downed again by 4 other players. Killed at least one of them, others might have disconnected again (again big *****).
Regrouped again, patched us up, I was near dead.
Raided a building near the the outpost. Split into 2 groups of two. When we wanted to rejoin, again under fire by two other player.
Again we dominated, 1 was surely killed, the other might have disconnected again!!! or also killed.

headed back to camp, gain meet an other player, again nearly killed him but again disconnected (*****)

The server maybe had 12 people on it, we were 4, so we encountered that much people on a server nearly empty on a map of 225km2.
Crazy!!!

Best gaming session.
Hillariously fun.

and yeah Stiggie, we felt for you Friendly fire is a bitch.

Too bad i missed the action. I tried using an old PS3 USB Headset i had laying around - i guess its kaput.

Anyway, the campsite where we took a break seems pretty well hidden (not exposing exact place ). Is the tent still there? I'll probably collect my old tent and repitch it there. Oh, and who took the MK when Jamie killed me? You guys should post a full Journal Log for today. I'll link all of them in the OP.

@ walker - not sure if i can play tomorrow. I can try though.

Oh, and yes. Can you imagine having 10 or more people in a single session? Would be sweet.

Your tent is on newtdawg, he took it out (of the southern most first tent site) in case we got raided. Check for him on steam (dangnewton) or on the ventrilo server, i.e. he can leave it in the tent for you.

Oh, and who took the MK when Jamie killed me?

We lost it in the alice pack that got placed on the rocks at Polana while we were trying to gear up the "extraction team". Now we know, don't place stuff on rocks

I also lost my Bizon SD just like you lost the DMR earlier. Fumbled the inventory

Oh well, we'll get some more cool stuff soon. Also the southern tent site has a few stocked weapons thanks to dangnewton. Steam me for the coords.

Oh, i meant my tent i've got pitched North of NWA. I think the tent you're talkin' about is the one i had in my Alice. How many slots are in a tent anyways?

Oh yeah, i remember now... definitely the rocks. I've seen a few zeds fall in there too with only half their bodies exposed. Shoulda said something. Oh well.

Finally able to post. Did the sign up. Won't be on much more tonight but I play everyday and will be on the vent as well when I do. I might end up re spawning soon. Have nothing on me and sitting at skalisty island trying to see if anyone put a camp here. Hopefully I can play with you guys tomorrow.

That's no problem. We've got a few weapons in our stash, i believe. Walkerbait and the others should have all the tidbits as i logged out earlier than they did.

I usually can last awhile on my own in the game but felt like having fun today and ran around with a hachet for awhile lol. Thats awesome. I'm assuming the camp is up north so when I get myself ready I'll head that way to meet you guys. Will be on in the morning around 8:30 or so my time if anyones up. Anytime I hope on I'll make sure to hope on vent as well.

We have 2 up that I placed (still alive char) and 1 that you placed (but dead char so it cant repack but should stay there as long as its resaved), plus the one that newtdawg has on him ready to place. Oh and I have one up north where we placed camp on our previous session, it finally showed up again but I respawned since - it might have been removed...

That's at least 6 tents, if im not mistaken. We should scope out a place for a bigger camp. Although that southern site looks pretty good already. What do you think?

We really ought to find some vehicles. Would make life easier.

Btw someone is putting up wire fencing all over cherno just thought I'd let you know walker...damn things got my killed -_- Hopefully I can find a toolbox tomorrow and take some of them down

We also found a tractor in the Stary Sobor tent camp, it's broken but we should be able to fix it with scrap metal and engine parts. Not quite sure what it's fuel is like though.

Anyway, pretty awesome session! That bit at Stary was intense! To bad all our enemies seems to disconnect when hit!

If we need parts, we should go to a big city by the coasts. We can find all the parts there.

I propose Mondays and Wednesdays also, same time (Late morning PST/Early night GMT). Then of course there's the random sessions with no specific slots (posting here that you're online so anyone can join in).

Yesterday session was fun again.

Again the walking and bean eating simulation merited it's name. Got some good looting done. Have now 50% of the parts for a car, i think.

We "managed" to get whole towns of Zeds aggro, which insued in massacres for them.

After Walkerbait locked out, like 2min, we heard shots, saw a survivor beeing swarmed by Zeds. Took them out, player included, dough or killer got the kill 👍

Will enter in the afternoon and try to head back to camp near Sobor, very carefully

I was on a server about two weeks ago and some kid was flying around in a jet... -_-

I will be updating to the latest patch today and should be ready to go whenever you guys are.

^Do that, we have a killer squad already at 4-6 people. Great fun and nice guys all around.

Will even get better when the 1.7.2 patch comes up as then we get some more players on, mostly EU players so we can better squad up during different times . I think Ellis, Dustdriver and neema will join then.

I set up now a wired mic. Not ideal as the cable is a tad too short, but now shouldn't run in the batterie problems of the bluetooth headset.

Yeah I should be along when 1.7.2 is released, but not because of the patch itself, I'm just not really able to put time into it right now and it's not really worth playing unless you have a couple of hours to spare!
