Are there ever exemptions made to any of the rules? For example, to hold a classic race car cruise (which I think would be really cool to see), even though race cars are prohibited?

Best to luck. Oh for me NOS didn't really do anything, i somewhat feel asleep while having two baby teeth removed . Woke Up said it was finished went home and watched Top Gear. I was fine couple hours later . Just that my mouth was really numb :|.

I'm getting put under anesthesia, I'm getting put to sleep, and I'm taking pain pills. I am getting 4 wisdom teeth pulled. Wisdom teeth are a lot worse than any other tooth to get removed. I've had baby teeth removed before. They just numbed my gums and took them out. Getting wisdom teeth out is in a whole different ballpark. It's surgery.

Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled 2 or 3 summers ago. It involved cutting the teeth in half. It isn't that bad as long as you take good care of your mouth afterwards to prevent infection. Enjoy the drugs, too. They make the world seem beautiful.
